WOW! That shit is pure gold. I love the fact that if a lawyer finally gives them a severe reality adjustment and they try to DFE it won't matter. It's been published in the media and kiwis have archived the shit out everything else.

Seriously, one concise webpage putting that info along with other statements about working for TLL, the Uber driving stuff and the article where Nina raved about India and their "third gender" is enough to ensure she will never get granted asylum because it proves no persecution nor fear of it and expired work visa and then working illegally shows she is an economic migrant not a refugee fleeing a country in fear of her life/freedom. It's game over with those two factors.

Also, India is a democracy with about as much systemic abuse of LGBTBBWNATOJIHAD++ as in the United States. Maybe if Pajeet is from a state with a lot of Allahu Akbars, but even then I doubt it.

It's not exactly fully automated gay luxury space communism for trannies, but the important thing is that asylum applications require that the applicant be from a country where they're persecuted either with the active involvement of the government (eg- Christians in China), or that the government has comprehensively failed to address their persecution (eg- victims of cartel violence in Mexico). Both of these are very much not the case for Nina.

I don't know anything about Canadian immigration, but I can tell you it's harder than hell to move between Britain, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and Zimbabwe. The only reason it still happens a lot is the number of people with provable direct family connections. Many Western nations (very much including the US) have actively discouraged legal immigration from the "usual" countries in favor of exotics.

PM TroonDeau recently relaxed immigration standards for US citizens. Nina could go home, Greta could move north and then sponsor him to come back from India.
