The cat laying on his back tells me she’s at least a little fond of Dave. A cat who is scared or stressed out by him wouldn’t do something like that.
Has Dave ever mentioned how old she is? Some cats often go through an awkward ‘teenage’ phase where they clearly aren’t little kittens anymore but they don’t quite look like adults either. They get longer and quite gangly, like some human teenagers. My female kitten had a very similar look to Dave’s cat at that time and often looked a bit underfed, even though I tracked her weight and it was on target for a healthy growing cat. And she was just as un-photogenic as well, no matter how much I tried to get a good photo. The fact that his cat seems to have medium length hair also isn’t going to help the disheveled appearance during the awkward growing phase.
Dave is an absolutely terrible person, but I’m still hoping, for the cat’s sake at least, that animals are the one area where he still has a tiny bit of decency.

My prediction is that Dave is going to do something retarded enough to land himself in jail and/or a hospital for a week or more, then return to his shit hole for a social media posting spree about how he returned home to discover that his dad had murdered his cat while he was "kidnapped." To expect any other outcome is naive, given what we know about Dave's unwillingness to ever do right by others.

The Dec. 4 trial date might well inspire some kind of meltdown, one that he might quickly come to hope will postpone the trial yet again and add to his fantasy "proof" that he's the victim in the case. I'd like that.

Okay, I knew he was a mobster, that was pretty obvious. But is Dr. Joe Muscato a mobster like Donald Trump or mobster like some other kind of mobster?
Also, the SSA wouldn't have made any kind of determination about why he was disabled. But if they somehow did he should definitely bring that to his upcoming court date as evidence of his necessity for charging club food to an account he's not allowed to use. The administrative law judge's ruling about Dr. Joe Muscato's crimes (think Donald Trump) will definitely speak to the court even if it's a different area of law.

I can't waiting for someone with guitar knowledge to point out that Dave's guitar collection is down to a mere $35,000 valuation instead of the $40,000 it was a year or two ago. He just has to cram a bunch on the screen despite him getting endless amounts of shit he got for being homeless while having a tens of thousands of dollars sitting around getting uselessly noodled on. I think holding grudges and being bitter is what has aged him the most.
A positive outlook could have done so much for him.
The lack of shaving and grooming his hair doesn't help. He reminds me of Coach Red Pill the day he got arrested. Coach looked similarly unkempt.
