Interesting. When this first came out there was speculation in chat because California doesn't check for outstanding warrants for US citizens coming back into the country by default, but if it works like that yeah he's screwed.

Old news, new thread. I doubt Mexico will bother extraditing Ralph over misdemeanor contempt of court. Stranger things have happened, but Ralph has lolcow plot armor, so he should be fine. He will not be able to visit Xander until this is "cleared up" in his words.

I believe what someone said somewhere is they'll hold him awaiting response from Minnesota on whether they will get him so could hold a few days and if MN isn't interested eventually released. No idea what happens to the charge or warrant at that point.
