You can search various time periods on My Activity, including "all time". I just searched by own Chrome activity and search history for 1 January to 1 February this year. Interestingly, the search history appears even though browser history is something which is supposed to get cleared when I clear my browser history/run CCleaner, so the browsing history could have been retrieved at any time.

I'm seeing the same in My Activity but critically it has no IP address information and only meager device-specific information; for example Chrome used on a phone or tablet will specify that device, but for some reason it only reflects "Unknown Device" for Chrome usage on a PC like the one used in that screenshot, most likely the PC in Nick's studio that Aaron would have logged into to broadcast his 2 or 3 shows from Spicer. If the most Aaron can definitively say is that "this or that browsing activity on 'Unknown Device' was not done by me" then probable cause for a search warrant could face a serious challenge later without having first nailed down IP or device information specific to Nick, which would have a shorter retention period in play for what's visible to the user and would need court intervention to force Google to look back further. I'd generously assumed Nick might have had at least enough self-preservation instinct and enough leftover synapses firing to do the exfil all at one time and get the hell out of there without pinging the damned thing over and over well into the past month, but that probably is giving him too much credit because, well, ya know, cocaine.

Anyway there's no point flogging this dead horse further when Aaron just insisted on Xitter that he won't be saying any more about it and mostly stuck to that plan in tonight's show, so most likely the soonest we'll see any solid receipts will be in the form of a complaint if by the state or an indictment if by the feds. The wait shouldn't be long.
