It seems it did not take much to even do it either. Going by the popular theory, all he did was stumble on his feet a few times, roleplay as a potato in a few interviews and press events and endorse Cumala 30 mins after they couped his ass. Put on a hat and call 50% of the voters garbage.
Talk about a fragile house of cards, you expect a party that was the deep state. That was pulling back room talks and using the entire might of the state to punish Trump and anyone who supported him. If he successfully improves the lives of the citizens then he'll be seen as a legendary president and populist leader with one of the most incredible comeback stories in American politics that overcame the entire establishment's attempts to stop him

If he fucks everything up and ruins the economy (or if it's ruined by someone else and blamed on him) then he'll be seen as a dangerous retard conman that sacrificed the country to get out of jail for crimes he committed

I don't think it's possible to get that level of mass psychosis again, though not for a lack of trying. MSM has spent all their credibility being propaganda, as did "respectable" Left-wing Youtubers i.e. Breadtuber-adjacent. When people actively stop listening, they become immune to hypnotic suggestion. At least, from the Left. At this point, Trump has to fuck up big with something on the domestic front like with Operation Warp Speed* to galvanize non-TDSers to agree with TDS. I find it unlikely, but that's intuition speaking.

*I am aware the COVID response is not entirely his fault, but it was a case of him reacting to things rather than proacting to events. Likewise, he assumed that Branch Covidian states weren't going to fuck up their own lives to spite him and then they did.

More or less. I think he can fuck up foreign affairs and be okay afterwards because Americans aren't concerned with Ukraine or Israel outside of blatant favoritism. It's really the domestic front that he has no margin of error, which is trickier that you would think because the financial industry is so infected with DEI. Tariffs and not taxing tips are good starts, but rebuilding American manufacturing to where it was pre-NAFTA is a tall order now. That requires an education system designed around creating workers over activists that align with business needs. It also requires businesses not to play HR games when hiring inexperienced people. The EPA will probably have to be weakened substantially so they don't extort businesses too hard.

Shift government policy away from favoring the academy, and to favoring the already-happening trend of more people going to trade schools instead of college. You'll find creating workers with expertise in producing and maintaining material goods again in sufficient numbers isn't such an impossible challenge as doomers think it is
