These people have no idea how anything works. I'm so glad all they can do is cry and seethe.
I'm going to take a try to break this down, embrace my inner polisci sperg.
1. An Amendment IS what they should have done in the first place, so they're correct on that. Issue is, it would literally never pass, not nearly enough people support abortion to get even a basic bitch supermajority majority, nontheless 2/3rds of the States. Dead in the water.
2. Same issue as 1, also doubly retarded since the States would never vote for the feds to be the only ones in charge of education, especially if TRUMP is the one in charge.
3. That's actually completely doable and there's already plenty of laws to the affect, plus a lot of it would be under the purview of the Executive...so why haven't Biden/Harris done it yet? Hmmm.
4. Same as 1, again, literally no majority support. Trans issues are so dead in the water they're not even bones anymore.
5. Aside from the same issues as 1, the wording would COMPLETELY fuck up the innocent-until-proven-guilty ethos of the Judiciary. Additionally, it would give the Judiciary too much power, upsetting the balance between the pillars of government and causing a Constitutional Crisis. Fuck, the SCOTUS might rule that it's unconstitutional on those grounds, they've refused to give the Judiciary more power before, that's literally their most important ruling. I can only imagine an attempt at an amendment would piss all sides off.
6. 1) Already declared unconstitutional and 2) niggers already get money for being niggers, plus the loans are already implemented. Reminder, last time they were expanded upon it caused 2008's recession. Good luck trying to get anything passed through Congress.
7. The author has been continuously trying to argue for fucking Constitutional amendments for everything else, but not for basic economics? If price gouging is so important that Kamala needs to exercise executive power over it, why not codify it in law? It'd certainly be easier than 1-6 being passed, pretty much everybody is skeeved out by price gouging, whether it's in basic necessities such as food, electricity, water, or in stuff such as pharmaceutical products, insulin, hospital visits, ect.
Now, why is the most moderate take here the one with the LEAST amount of thought put into it?
Well, it's simple, because this is a rich liberal womanchild and/or tranny posting this, they know literally nothing about what normal people deal with, how actual opinions and voting blocks are formed, how civics work at any level across various socioeconomic groups at all, ect. Utterly deluded.
Thanks for coming to my autistic ted talk fellow redditors. Kamala can still win!
