As for the Classical Liberal Caucus, and the libertarian party in general... they are never going to have a national platform. Chase Oliver supported open borders and mass immigration.

The ballots are not random. As Gabe Hoffman stated during the election stream, Milwaukee county gathers all of its ballots and counts them at a centralized location. Milwaukee county obviously leans Democrat quite significantly. This county naturally takes longer to come in, and so it appears as if there is a massive spike towards Democrats in Wisconsin. The graph alone does not indicate voter fraud.
