You're missing what I'm saying. If a pest intentionally didn't introduce anything concrete like "what crimes" then there's nothing to reference in order to "win". They reply with a similar non-answer and then it just goes back and forth indefinitely. I don't use xitter but (I think, please correct me if I'm mistaken) they changed their block functionality so you can't block people you're replying to in a thread so fat couldn't end an argument by replying and blocking immediately.
