I really can't understand these balldowashers replying to him.

They are just as bad and don't see anything wrong. Or they wish they could do what Nick has done.

Those are actually retainers that legally bind them to attorney-client privilege.

Sounds like some sovereign citizen shite. Consideration was given for consideration rendered.

So Nick’s “worst day” was finding out he couldn’t satisfy Kayla and she had strayed? Several of us called this.

This pushed me more toward that theory, but Nick could have an even more retarded reason. I do not underestimate him.

Oh wait @Himedall All-seeing Waifu @Third World Aristocrat @Balldo's Gate

Do you guys have the clip where he tacitly admits to Devil worship?

@Null he mentioned binding God via blood magic in his 2AM meth stream.

8 minute segment in this post covering the whole Bible segment.

I don't fucking believe this for a minute. Nick has had the money in the relationship and the power the whole time. If he wanted Kayla gone and replaced he could've cried to his Christian family about infidelity, fucked her over in court, and had a new wife to care for the kids if he was truly hurt by her. He could have had her out of the picture especially if she was as fucked up as he says she was.

I think he's always been in control. With her, partially with April too. He made both women dependent on him so they don't leave. I think it's his ego in part that has kept him from doing anything, but I also think he's put Kayla in a position where she can't really get an upper hand. Learned helplessness.

If anything, his parents told him he would not get a subsidised lifestyle. I doubt they are totally opposed because Nick's sister is divorced and his mother is re-married, at least.

Honestly, I haven't watched the entire Bible stream yet. Skimming through it, I found this part where he talks about God being bound by magic words, Jews believing in magic, and God being bound by blood sacrifices. Is that it?

He didn't exactly say that he worships the devil in this clip, though.

Saw your post and felt inspired.

Warning: Contains brief showing of Hedo II pic

Both fathers are represented (seemed appropriate).

Go home, Kayla. They miss you.
This is so sad, man. It felt tough editing the "Was it worth it" video. Watching a marriage and family being destroyed by drugs and hedonistic impulses is heartbreaking. Honestly, it's also one of the oldest stories ever and will probably keep repeating in many other families forever. It's very sad when you think about it.

I just want to go on record as saying I think the recent insanity from Nick on Melton's stream and the Twitter stuff are some kind of 400IQ plot by Nick. I do think he probably accessed Aaron's account, but I think a lot of what's going on is a big performance. I was wondering if Nick copied Aaron's google activity with his own google account and then posted a screenshot of that so that technically he didn't actually post Aaron's internet history, but Aaron would recognize it. That could be why the profile pic is scribbled out. It seems like the kind of thing he would do thinking he could avoid charges.

The whole thing is retarded and he's probably going to get himself in more trouble but I think it was supposed to be a big gotcha. Maybe a big performance so that later he could say it was all an act, and then imply the coke stream was theatre as well.

I'm pretty sure this faggot is now just admitting to being possessed by a demon
"You just don't get it. I'm not high, I'm free, free from the chains of morals and responsibilities that bind lesser men. When you're still shackled by all that bullshit, a free man scares the shit out of you, so you want to explain it away, with dope or drugs.
I guess really freedom is scary, to a NERD."

Ok Balldo. Whatever you say bro. Totally sober. We believe you. What have you ever done that would make anyone doubt the legendary integrity of Nick Rekieta?

It’s more a tacit admission than a straight admission. He’s also a nerd who likes shit like 40K, but with his straight up blasphemy I lean into that he read Crowley’s stuff in attempt to get pussy and mixed with critical theory.

Jamaica is the only reason why I think he devil worships. Caribbean countries do voodoo, hoodoo, and African Witchcraft.

There is, as far as I know, no definitive evidence that he was or is being drug tested. We only have his word for that and given his history of not telling the truth about much of anything, his word is meaningless. His bail conditions do not require testing.
He still has to do tests for CPS though, right?

Well at this stage Nick has admitted cocaine use and swinging. So at this stage they are clinging to the guy from that May 21st/May 22nd stream not being capable of neglecting his children.

It's certainly an interesting hill to die on.
And that after months of this shithead spitting bile on everyone who said he did exactly what he's just admitted to.

Plenty of crimes can be committed or aided by the use of a computer, including identity theft and child pornography. But the term "computer crime" typically refers to unauthorized computer access, destruction or manipulation of computer data, and other offenses specific to computers or computer networks. For example, intentionally hacking into a department store's database in order to access customer data would be a violation of Minnesota computer crime law (as well as federal law, if it involves interstate commerce).
In Minnesota, as in other states, computer crimes may be charged as either misdemeanors or felonies, depending on the severity of the offense. For instance, a computer crime that creates a risk to another individual's life would be charged as a felony. The range of sentences is less than 90 days and/or a $1,000 fine all the way up to 10 years in prison and a fine of up to $50,000.

Specific Offenses Under Minnesota Computer Crime Statute

Minnesota law identifies the following specific types of computer crimes:
  • Computer Damage: Intentional damage or destruction of a computer, system, software, or network
  • Computer Theft: Intentional access of a computer or network in order to obtain goods or services; or the theft of a computer, data, software, or network
  • Unauthorized Computer Access: Intentional and unauthorized penetration of a computer or network security system (unsuccessful attempts are considered offenses as well)

State charges could be upped to federal charges. Only thing that deems it to be a federal charge in Nick's case is "impersonating others in the cyber arena." Confirmed if Nick was emailing as Aaron?

SOURCE: FEDERAL CYBERCRIME

Cybercrime may be charged at the state level, see Minnesota Cybercrime Law: Stay Informed & Stay Up-To-Date and The Consequences of Criminal Sexual Cybercrimes. However, they may also be charged at the federal level.

In 1984, the U.S. passed the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA) and many amendments have been made to this law and were codified in United States Code, title 18, section 1030. CFAA focuses on the following types of crimes:
  • accessing a computer and obtaining information (1) in a financial record of a financial institution or a credit card issuer, (2) from any department or agency of the United States, or (3) from any protected computer including one used exclusively by a financial institution or United States government, or one which affects interstate or foreign commerce even if located outside of the United States
  • obtaining national security information
  • trespassing in a government computer
  • accessing a computer to defraud and obtain value
  • intentionally damaging by knowing transmission of code or a program such as a computer virus
  • recklessly damaging a protected computer by intentional access
  • negligently causing damage and loss to a protected computer by intentional access
  • trafficking in passwords if the passwords affect commerce or a computer used by the United States government
  • extortion involving computers
There also other types of cybercrimes under the Electronics Communication Privacy Act (ECPA), which deals with crimes dealing with wire, oral, and electronic communications while they are being made, transmitted, or stored on a computer, as well as e-mail and data stored electronically. The federal government has also passed cybercrime laws such as:
  • Credit Card Fraud Act- where computers and other technology is being used to make fraudulent credit card transactions from cloning credit cards, obtaining credit card access through unauthorized devices and other means to commit credit card fraud.
  • Identity Theft Assumption and Deterrence Act, which criminalizes the stealing of others personal data and/or from impersonating others in the cyber arena.
  • Economic Espionage Act, which deals with the theft of trade secrets and other intellectual property.
  • Child Pornography Prevention Act, which criminalized the digital possession, production, or/and distribution of images or videos that depict minors in sexually explicit conduct.
  • The Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act, prohibiting the use of computers or electronic communication harass, threaten, kill, intimidate, or place one under surveillance.
Cybercrimes or the use of technology in general in prosecuting and defending cases is more prevalent every day. Make sure the lawyer you chose understands these types of cases and has access to reputable experts who can help with the retrieval and analysis of technology in your case.

"I'd like to see you fake a test"

Nick Junkies have been faking clean tests since they started testing Junkies. Some of them even fake tests that only show positive for Methadone so their Methadone doesn't get stopped because some programme's kick people off if they pop for anything other than prescribed drugs.
If those other Junkies can do it, Nick can do it. Especially since he was forced to go to drug counselling with other Junkies and meth smokers that could have showed him how to do it. It's not as hard as he's making out.
The way he's acting he is definitely not sober or clean. He may have been, but he's 100% relapsed and is back fucking his life up, and arguably more fucking unstable than he was before.
Also: Nick is EXACTLY the type of terminally online junkie who’d try to wiggle out.

You can bet your house that within a few hours of being told there’s no way out of getting occasionally tested, he’d be online googling how to beat drug tests, detection time for different drugs, where to buy clean urine, what substances they don’t test for, etc, etc.

Nick would do it just out of pure spite, because NOBODY, no county NERD gets to tell the mighty Rekieta what he can or can not do.

As for beating drug tests, there’s a whole fucking industry online that sells you everything from fake cocks with clean pee to clean piss. Just like there’s a huge black market for analogies of drugs that will get you high, but that they don’t test for.

The best indicator of sobriety is behavior.

Does this man come across as clean, sane and sober?!

I know this echoes a sentiment expressed earlier in the thread but man this whole saga has somehow become even darker and foolish, which is an achievement considering that it started with neglected kids watching their junkie parents and their cocaine concubine being arrested in front of them.
Nick and April are almost certainly on Meth, which has contributed towards brilliant decisions such as pan-state conspiracies to steal information with a pedophile and what I'm coming to believe is Nick possibly fucking about with magic and other dark material.
I don't believe in any power from a blood ritual or other such magic, but I certainly believe it can have a toll on the soul and Nick's just degrading infront of our eyes. I just want this whole episode to end before more victims like the kids (Imholtes and Rekietas) get further damaged by this madness

@Null the whole voodoo / devil worship / demonic possession angle has been an interesting developing theory in the thread in case you missed it, I’ll link some additional posts:

Pathological lying, also known as pseudologia fantastica (Latin for "fantastic pseudology"), is a chronic behavior characterized by the habitual or compulsive tendency to lie. It involves a pervasive pattern of intentionally making false statements with the aim to deceive others, sometimes for no clear or apparent reason, and even if the truth would be beneficial to the liar. People who engage in pathological lying often claim to be unaware of the motivations for their lies.

Well I guess he's got us. That doesn't sound like Nick at all.
