IMO and according to the lived experiences of two men who experience these thoughts (not telling you who they are or why they confided in me) but it's like that children's book When You Give A Mouse A Cookie. In the book, the mouse also demands a glass of milk, then a bedtime story, then many other things. For the men with trans feelings, it feels as if when they give into a little bit of transvestism, it just reinforces to them the transgression and they want to go deeper. If you're an aware gay or bisexual man you can understand that you have a fetish and it's tempting you into the mostly fictional "24/7 lifestyle". If you aren't then you believe the feelings are genuine and you're a woman in some religious sense that you need to do things, like surgery or laser or makeup and clothes in order to fulfill that which you already were. Both men I talked to says they got more depressed they deeper they got into troonery because it reminded them more and more that YNWBAW. They're like misguided bisexuals the poor things.

I'm a tutor at our local library, a job which I adore, and today the mother of one my kids came up to me. I was so pleased and flattered, but my heart definitely broke a little bit because I knew I had to lie.
