I've been thinking the whole reason Nick is as pissed as he is while still seemingly leaving a door open for Aaron to rejoin the polycule is because Nick is straight up gay and wanted Aaron in his bed again. Could also be the reason Drexel has distanced himself after Nick propositioned him. The whole "I have both a gf and a wife" thing could even be a cope to cover up and repress his true feelings about men.

Nick is trying to spin it as Lawtube only understands money, so their advice only has to do what would be good for one's e-career.
That ain't it at all though. Nate does criminal law. He knows how Nick bad could fuck himself in the legal system by not simply logging off and shutting up.
Not to mention he's also been claiming they're looking to make money off his situation. Him logging off would actually impact their bottom line negatively to some extent. It would certainly slow down this thread.

Nick doesn't seem to grasp that people without trust funds must also worry about earning a livelihood once their legal troubles are behind them. Salvaging your career is a valid consideration normal people have when forming a plan to deal with very serious criminal charges.

No, the man has zero impulse control right now. Addicts aren't exactly known for that. Nick now operates purely on what my dad and I have taken to calling "junkie logic." It makes no sense, and it will never make sense to any sober person. The junkie is always smarter than you, always one step ahead, always has a grand plan for the future that will totally work this time, guys, I swear. The junkie is also never at fault and never does anything wrong. Or, if he maybe accidentally did something wrong, he had a really, really good reason for it, and he can totally explain it to you, if you'll just have a heart and give him a chance. The junkie will play on any shred of sympathy or empathy they can get, and they'll run that goodwill into the ground with every new person they encounter.
It's been said before, but I think it needs repeating:
Nick is not special. Neither is April. What they are displaying is perfectly standard junkie behavior.

There is no absolute proof that he ever agreed to be drug tested by CPS. He might have, but there is no way to know for sure. We have to weigh Nick's statements about the subject (and he lies constantly) against Nick's behavior which looks like that of an active drug addict (and he may be crazy enough sober these days to look like he is on drugs).
