He's such a pussy that he won't even debate some random dude about Star Citizen. This is probably a debate that even his retarded ass can come out looking good. Because he's mostly right about Scam Citizen. That game has been in development forever, with an extremely bloated budget that never stops increasing. Best case scenario for fans of that game is being able to play it in their deathbed at the hospital, as they approach their 80's. This is probably one of the easiest debates he could have and he still shrinks away from it. This is a debate where he has a really good chance of owning his opponent. That Kyle debate must have given him severe ptsd, so much so that he won't even debate some random viewer, who probably isn't a seasoned debater, and probably doesn't possess the debate ability that's anywhere close to Kyle.
That should be easy fucking pickings. Star Citizen never went anywhere despite all the celebrity voicework, it's still stuck in limbo. Entire console generations have come and gone while it was still in development. Shitting on it and its defenders should be easy, even for someone of Razorfist's meager talents.
I suppose Kyle gave him such an ass-whooping that he decided to stay away from debates forever, since he figured out that he isn't as good at debates as he'd like.
Dude Danny hasn't even played Baldurs Gate 1 & 2 or any of the Pillars games on account of his Obsidian hate boner, none of the Divinity Original Sin games (he did stream 2 though, and his ass got rocked and sperged out about the games difficulty, which is why the stream is no longer available anywhere, which is a shame because there were a lot of gems of Danny seething in that one), hasn't played Planescape Torment, Icewind Dale, Neverwinter Nights. However he did stream the beginning of the second Pathfinder game, and got ass mad that people were telling him he was bad at CRPGS which I'm gonna clip. He claims to have played Fallout 1 & 2, which press X to doubt on that one.
Which again, makes his DnD-RPG dogmatism look even stupider when he didn't play a lot of the DnD-CRPGs back in the day. And I'm betting his playthrough of Fallouts 1 and 2 never got that far.
Because Sony at the time was unabashedly Japanese. The PS1 is considered by many as the JRPG machine, the PS2 as well, to a lesser extent. But the biggest advantage of the PS2 was the monstrous library of games it had. And it was widlly successful, hence the seething from Tranny. The guy is in a perpetual state of asspain about consoles, games, comics and so forth, when he believes it's competitors, (e.g. the original Xbox vs PS2, The Shadow vs Batman, Witcher vs Elric, Thief vs MGS, Frech comics vs manga) is more deserving of the recognition and success that they never achieved. This fag is always on the losing team, which explains the seethe.
I loved the original Xbox, but I also loved the PS1 and PS2. They gave me and my cousins plenty of good gamer nights. The fact that Danny-boy has to draw a line in the sand and judge one thing as good and another as evil goes to show how insecure he is, when most gamers today celebrate all the good that multiple consoles and companies brought back in the day.
A DnD-RPG zealot like Danny-boy should be happy that JRPGs brought tons of people into the genre. And like I said before, the JRPGs he despised had more DnD DNA than the casual RPGs that came about due to the "westernization of gaming" that he praises from the Xbox 360 era. All those FPS games like Call of Duty and casual RPGs that he wound up hating like Skyrim and Mass Effect 2 came about as a result of said "westernization".
The fact that he's always on the losing team seething that his favorite didn't become massively popular is kind of funny, especially since it's almost as if he does this to himself by always shitting on popular works and trying to promote things that are less popular. Eventually, you'd have to ask; is it just bad luck, or is it his desire to always pick the less popular option then just seething when said less popular option doesn't become popular?
CRPGs aren't Darksouls, they don't take a hell of a lot of practice to get into and be competent. It does take a lot of time and autism to be gamebreaking by exploiting the systems. But that is a matter of time and autism, and most people can grasp the basic concepts. Anybody who played a d20 game (Neverwinter Night 1 & 2 plus both KOTOR 1 & 2) the game mechanics should be like riding a bicycle for the Owlcat Pathfinder games. It should be even easier as I remember Razor saying he played D&D 3.5 at some stage with friends, which is, I repeat, almost the exact same system as used in Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous.
It's basically just a game of "how do I break the system". There's the way the game-makers want you to play the game, then there's the way that utterly breaks the game, and it doesn't take that long to figure out how to do it, if you're good with math, stat-building, and memorization.
The problem with the culture wars isn't that it is left vs right.
The problem with the culture wars is that it is the most retarded on either side who are calling the shots. If there is a point, I guarantee Destiny, Vaush, Sargon and Danny all missed it by a mile but are too high from huffing their own farts they completely missed it.
I wish the culture war was retards vs non-retards. Mainly because I miss highschool when I could get away with picking on retards.
The Left went full retard, and the Right figured that they ought to do the same thing to combat it. Basically, that's the culture war in a nutshell.
The only difference is that the Left's SJW talking heads are a bit more professional since they actually went to school and know how to formulate an argument, even if their points are wrong. You look at how someone like Anita Sarkeesian formulated her arguments and it's clear that at the very least, her literary skills are actually up to par.
The Right's talking heads like Sargon and Danny flunked out of school while smelling their own farts, and most of their arguments are entirely reliant on the ideas of smarter people than them whose ideas they leeched off from, like how Sargon mooches off of Locke, and how Danny-boy copied others' arguments about how bad Lincoln was.
