I'd assume grey area but I have no idea, again- not a lawyer. It might be similar to "gifting" someone weed or any illegal drug- without the transaction there's no criminal charge. I used to live somewhere that weed could be "gifted" to you for buying a $60 cookie. Totally legal.

probably not allowed but unless you are in the process of giving them to them you wont get shit.
i never smoked but my hs had so many smokers and they did not give a shit, in rural Midwest we probably had 100 kids out of 1000 on "smokers corner" at lunch every day.

as useless as she was the rest of the challenge, mizzy is smoking more than anyone else
she's smoking anywhere between 4-6 at a time, and actually taking hard drags on them
 
Someone on 4cunt posted this. Apparently Binx is a smoker and drinker outside of the tank but didn't want to look like a degen in famous house. Could be fake.

For me on Brave it's like a 250mb tab, whereas YT can be up to like 1.5gb and my laptop gets mad hot. I'm not sure what the deal is as
Opera GX used to be my main as it was easy on my RAM and CPU but non of my adblockers work with it on YT anymore. Basically just watch YT on my phone through brave now, doesn't get hot at all
