My layman's theory is that autistic people:
1) Are incapable of fully grasping gender roles in the first place (since it's a "social norm") and
2) Don't have the social inhibition that would cause non-autistic people to keep any bizarre thoughts/actions involving sex and gender to themselves.

Thus resulting in Australatinas, unclits, and Indian child brides.

In a funny turn of events saying that immigration laws shouldn't apply to brown people is one of the most racist things you can say. As far as discriminating against race goes it's the same as saying it should only apply to brown people because either way you're making an argument based on race and nothing else.

I am going to level here with a lot of facts - Are You ready?

Number one, the immigration laws of the USA are broken and racist because it reflects the white settler principles the USA was founded on since its existence from 1776 onwards. The USA has been built upon theft of Indigenous peoples' land and in the specific case of Arizona, the theft of both Indigenous and Mexican Land (see attached map in replies). In the 1930s under Herbert Hoover and FDR anywhere between 500,000-2 Million Mexican US Citizens were forcibly removed from their homes due to their Mestizo appearance and skin color during The Great Depression (Lookup the Chicano or Mexican Repatriation)- that only stopped after World War II started. The USA is built on xenophobia and racism against immigrants, plain as day.

Number two: The immigration laws up until the mid 1960s permitted unrestricted access to citizenship for White European immigrants. The immigration laws still carry on the legacy of the faulty ideals of capitalism and bullshit private property relationships that were set up by the white settlers and the Industrial Revolution.

As much as I want to see immigration reform of the most drastic rethought happen, The United States of America is a White Supremacist Country and White Settler Democracy and the only way I could see immigration reform happening either the USA will cease having a government built upon white supremacy or the USA has to cease to exist period.

The election of Donald J. Trump is reflection of a white supremacist country in the first stage of its death throes, white supremacists in both the Republican and Democratic parties are to blame for the racist immigration laws, the detention centers and the private prisons where human rights abuses happen and the bullshit whiteness checkpoints that exist within 160 km / 100 miles of the so-called current US-Mexico border, they both bear the blood on their hands of millions whom have been deported (read : majority Latinx immigrants) , both parties are guilty of xenophobia and racism against Latinx immigrants and the sooner this white settler democracy is put in in the final resting place in the history books with Apartheid South Africa and along with its counterpart in the Middle East - that white supremacist/settler country called Israel (completely stolen from Palestinian Arab land) only then can we move forward with seeing more immigrants. Lastly I call for the return of Northern Mexico/Aztlan to Chicanx/Mexican and Indigenous sovereign control.

Most Mexicans and latinos are not "decendants of Spaniards" , they are mostly stem from indigenous people of their region.
Just because the Spanish sailed over to spicville and brought them christianity and their language doesn't magically transform them into whites.
Going by that logic, all native Americans are decended from European settlers and also white.
