She's done one hell of a job explaining the immigration process and her posts, coupled with the fact that we know Greta and Abhiram are lazy fucks, make a good case for there being something very wrong with whatever it is the Troon Team claimed they were doing to get childwife legal.

We strongly suspect it, but it isn't proven. About six months ago they were collecting money supposedly to get together Greta's old marriage paperwork, though, which wouldn't make much sense if it was in order, not that anything these two troons do makes much sense.

It seems highly likely that they either never did a damn thing about getting the divorce finalized and/or the marriage legitimized, or if they did get the marriage official, they never actually went forward with the process to obtain a green card.

So the very best situation they're in is a married couple with one citizen partner, an expired visa (probably H1-B), but no green card or other current, legitimate papers.
