One of Greta's inner circle said in a story that their marriage wasn't "ratified"? Very odd, like they were two waring countries with a treaty instead of a married couple. This led to speculation that the marriage isn't actually valid because Greta might still be legally married to her second wife, because what the fuck does ratifying a marriage mean? (Nothing it's spining bullshit to dance around an unflattering fact they don't want to be honest about.)

Greta for her part, months ago, was asking old friends if they remembered where she got married because she needed to locate documents for Nina's immigration. Super strange she couldn't remember where she got hitched. In recent story she bold faced lied and said the paperwork was "lost" in the conversion from paper to digital and can't be found. (Which I know for a fact is a total bullshit since I've had to obtain such records from that exact period in California. The records just can't easily accessed in one minute online, you have to actually mail in a hard copy request to get them.)

Basically something is very shady in Troonville and the bullshit keeps piling up. I suspect Greta hasn't been totally honest about her marriage status and has been conning Nina with a lot of bullshit excuses.

If the marriage isn't valid then Greta will need to legit divorce her second wife and then actually legally marry Nina for her to be eligible to apply for a green card. Greta may use this asylum claim as a way to squirm out of a legal marriage to Nino Brown, which would be a very, very bad for Nina and cost a fortune in future legal fees.

If the marriage isn't legal in some way and even getting married is only pursued after this legal issue came up, it looks even more like a sham marriage than it otherwise would (just only getting married after a visa expired looks pretty sham itself).

They have, however, been holding themselves out as married, which isn't the same thing as actually being married, of course.

Looks like yet another delusional lie from Greta. I actually figured it was something like cosmo gives free blog space out to readers to "contribute" and some tranny wrote post on them and therefore that equaled "i'm a cosmo pin-up" for Shrek.

Also there are all kinds of foreign editions of cosmo that no one cares about, but I'm hard pressed to believe that shitshow appeared in any print edition of anything. (Even fat tranny cock monthly wouldn't want those two scaring away their readers.)

This is pretty much proof positive that the marriage isn't legal. They are fundraising to pursue an asylum claim, not "get Nina legal" or anything else. Greta is forcing Nina to go for a hail mary defensive asylum claim and it's going to be ugly and expensive. (I'm sure Greta thinks this is great for fundraising and maximum oppression points.)

Greta is a real piece of shit, even to her fake wife.

I do hope this makes Nina realize she doesn't need Greta now. Asylum claims have nothing to do with with marriage and only with convincing an IJ that she has been persecuted in India, that Govt doesn't nothing to help& actively persecutes trans people and that she isn't just an economic migrant.

The prosecutor fighting her claim won't have a very difficult job. All that publicity for TLL and other media will destroy the credibility of the claims she is going to have to make to claim asylum. We just need to make sure the prosecutor is aware of it.
