We are at a sad stage where money is the most interesting aspect of DSP, because everything else is so boring. Maybe this is an unpopular take:

Him getting money has no influence on you
Someone else giving him money also has no influence on you

If the person is rich and able to give out 100 bucks a day/stream. So be it. Phil is a consumer though and though. So at least this spreads the money around a bit. If the person has a high income then that's on them. If you are capable to perform a high paying job, it's on you to keep track on your finances. If you decided to waste it all on a boring streamer, that is dumb, but your choice.

If the guy is mentally challenged, then he would find someone other than DSP to do the same and in that case that person should have personal caretakers anyway which should have an eye on the spending.

Don't worry about the money. It's getting spend on gambling and bullshit anyway. You have no control over what he gets.

We're definitely at the point where nobody counts his money except when to expose him as a hypocrite about something. Maybe 1 or 2 people track daily numbers but that's about it. He still whines about money because he's Phil, but the begging is so out of control now it all blends together, like whatever slop game he plays at this point.

I saw somebody on Discord did the math and one of the 4 idiots (AdamDBZ, IronChef, Rend/Patric or DarkSydePimp) has been the primary contributor of about 75% of this recent streak. The only funny thing is how Phil now expects these 4 to carry him for another 3 months, and whatever dumb ass thing he says during one of his rants.

If, at the very least, neither Rend, Pimp, nor Adam are down to their last can of beans, scraping by in a run-down shanty and gifting $100 a day in subs or tips, then where’s the fun?

Stop thinking this guy is rich. He's likely not. I think ALT said it best (I think it was today's stream actually). Guy is probably lonely, no friends, and mentally ill. Likely disowned from his family. I doubt this guy can keep it up for 3-4 months, the amount of OICs who can afford to piss away that much money are few in the world.

If someone wants to do something, get a link to adam's youtube channel. I know there's chat tools for Phil's chat as I've seen some of the personalities pull up Phil's chat logs before. Adam's youtube channel is impossible to pull up with a general search, think it's the ' in it that breaks the search.

I think Adam is based for keeping phil afloat. If phil started to struggle to make ends meet, or getting money at all the content would end, I'd get no more TBS/WPIG podcasts. The only thing I'm sad to have seen go is the fact Meerkat seems to have bounced from doing shows.

Detractors breathing a sigh of relief. For a second there I was worried that tens of people would be exposed to my lolcow antics. To be frank, I was totally felted. But now, I feel emboldened again. I may even make this post; I feel safe to discuss Phil on the Internet again.

And that has always been Phil's issue - he truly thinks that for every dent that leaves (TimboSlice, StraightCashHomie, Emerald7, etc....), there's another open wallet dent that is more than happy to fall into the pignoisis or dentractor to give goutman their disability check. It doesn't matter if there's only 4 people or 40, as long as Phil has one idiot that is more than happy to answer his 4AM e-mail, he'll take their money.

I'd also like to note that tonight's Mvc2 stream was probably the most boring stream I've ever watched. The only decent part was Phil trying to convince Jayde that sf6 wouldn't be a better option and then launched into word salad about fighting games in general.

I mean, broken clock and all that. I will never understand why Bezos and Amazon never really took control of the business. Twitch's content moderation policies are totally random and ideological, probably worse than Reddit's at its lowest. Twitch had the foot in the door, it should totally own the streaming space by now, instead they alienated 50% of the potential gaming audience and flirt with camgirls and tankies.
