That is semi the case, it's got a small one mostly for paper work to insurance companies the staties deal with some. Camden is a drug hub for H, so even with a force something absurd like 80% of policing actions were done by FEDs.

I'm sure this idea has been brought up before. But would it be any benefit to us to make the whole rat king subforum private? I don't know too much about the rat kings save for Phil, but I have a feeling these people thrive off of any kind of attention they get.

I'd put $10 down you're wrong on that. Greta has stuck by Phil through thick and thin, even as he used her page to make up the accusations of murder against @Manapan. She's policing her Facebook account HARD. I've been on her page and watched posts from people calling her out come up in real time, and in the minute it takes me to open snipping tool (lol) and a new tab she's deleted them from existence. She is allowing Phil to stay in her life and associate with her and her brand specifically because he is at war with us.

To be honest, I can see Phil clinging to literally anyone to try and get public kiwi attention.
I'm probably overthinking it, but I feel like when his shit is invisible, Phil can't claim we harass him as much because no one can see the harassment. So when he can get screencapped through other lolcows, he can be like "see?!? They still stalk me!!"

It's all part of Phil's "all drama is really about me" agenda.
Most of the tranny cows get their Facebook shit spammed by Phil in hopes of
1: gaining a buddy to aid him in his fight
2: a slap fight for a drama fix
3: hopes he can read about himself in another thread
3b: once mentioned remind us he is our real target and demand the thread be closed or else he will do something (shit himself - do nothing)
The last thing Phil wants is us to stop talking about him. A huge chunk of his daily existence is wasted spent thinking up attention seeking stunts or reaction bait but in reality he's basically boring and bored.
