Such an ominous aura.
I'm not sure, somebody else mentioned it was the case in their state. I'm only licensed for fed court and my home state, so I can't competently speak for all 50. I will say that in my state, any DV case tends to get immediate no contact orders between victim and defendant, even if victim doesn't want it. I've also been losing a lot of hearings to increase bond amounts in DV cases when compared to the bond schedule for another crime of the same level. In the context of domestic violence specifically, is it correct that some states have special ways of reporting DV and special protections just for that (outside of any actual charges that may be borne of that)?
I think you miss the point of what I was getting at but you also mention basically exactly what I was getting at - leave aside his current appearance of being on fishtank entirely and the $50k prize money. I am saying if the wiggers gave him a stable financial income and environment then he would actually be able to prove that to the trustee. Sam Hyde seems to have some genuine care for him but unclear if him/the wiggers would want to get involved to that extent and even though it doesn't seem like it is on the cards at all, Sam Hyde and co would probably be able to tard-wrangle Alex enough to keep him out of harms way and give him an environment where he can maybe flourish. That is basically what Sam Hyde seems to do and maybe there is some world in which Alex's personality fits into the content that the wiggers make and people actually like it.I also suspect that if he has to prove himself as independently financially stable to the trustee, a one-off lump sum from Fishtank isn't going to cut it. If his wife can't afford doordash, then Alex's appearance fee + fishbucks + alleged extra $40k + potential $50k prize will look like just that - a one off windfall; a big one, but probably equivalent to two years average salary - and I doubt Alex could hold down a full time job. They'll probably spend through it all in a matter of months, which is what the trustee will be looking for. It's not like he's going to be able to convert his Fishtank "fame" into an actual income source.
Has the mission of the freeloaders ever been explicitly stated and is it the same on every season? Also, is there only financial incentive fishbucks?Am I the only one who's really annoyed by the fact that Connor and Jeff seem to have completely forgot that they are freeloaders like Frank that are also there to be a problem for the fish? Connor seemed to understand this at first when he was fucking with everyone's room and destroying shit but now that Frank is here he seems to think he's a contestant. He should be teaming up with Frank and it seems like Frank originally intended for that.
Jet pulled Frank aside and said they want Connor out today and to fuck with himAm I the only one who's really annoyed by the fact that Connor and Jeff seem to have completely forgot that they are freeloaders like Frank that are also there to be a problem for the fish? I'm not sure but it looks like Connor just packed up his bag and may be leaving?Jet pulled Frank aside and said they want Connor out today and to fuck with him
Fat women saying they really don’t care if you call them fat and then flipping the fuck out over it is my favorite genre of postI was mistaken - she actually went live last night.

In summary, the entire beef she had with Binx was scripted and for show. All the contestants fake everything to entertain the audience, and they're all coached off camera where we can't see. She holds no animosity towards Binx and you're dumb for thinking she does. AT THE SAME TIME they "played" her, "played" Alex, set him up to look like something was going on with Binx, wouldn't let her or Alex leave the house because production held onto her purse and his phone, tricked Alex into staying by lying they'd be back etc. etc.
In other words, although she has some level of cunning and street smarts, she's too thick to hold it together for 3 minutes to make a cohesive story. I guess her shitty manipulation tactics work on Alex, but it's all one big cope.
Sam Hyde is very directly telling Alex right now: "This is the biggest thing you'll ever be a part of, outside of this you have nothing, you are broke" (I'm paraphrasing slightly)Outside of that happening, there is no world in which Alex would be able to fulfill the requirements of the trustee or walk away from that locked away money or find stability outside of it - one thing is for certain, he will spend the rest of his life trying and failing at it though, like an animal in a zoo hitting its head against the glass barrier that separates itself from being a spectacle and freedom.
