I don't think she will. I don't think she cares that much about anyone, let alone Nina. If Nina gets deported Greta will gnash her teeth and sort of mourn her and probably blame KF in a flurry of online bullshit, but if the marriage is indeed not "ratified" she will move on in a matter of weeks. Greta's own children mean nothing to her - you think she's gonna waste much time over her increasingly fatter, psoriasis-riddled, little child bride?

I'd be surprised if she doesn't make bail, getting asylum is a whole other matter. It seems ICE didn't find any red flags to automatically deny bail so she got some default bail set (but obviously at a higher amount than they wanted so they are going to ask it to be lowered). At the bail hearing they will only see the bare facts and what's in the system, all the further information of her behavior is for down the road, so I figure she'll get sprung.

I do wonder if she's already had her CF interview, if so she might already be fucked before the ball gets rolling (but I ain't going to detail any of that for Greta's benefit atm).

As far as asylum/deportation, much will depend on if they can manage to fund a long drawn out defensive asylum claim. One thing asylum claims do is run the clock, if you want to just try to buy time then asylum is the way to go. Even if you try to expedite it, it will still take years to resolve. If you want to try and delay and buy time you can make it a decade long affair.

I would put it at 10%-20% chance of success if they can fund the entire process with a competent lawyer and if she didn't already give a CF interview while in detention.

I only put the chances that high because they will really push the "transgender" thing to make her part of a persecuted group, the trans thing might play well with some judges but not with others.

However, the fact that she was on an expired work visa demonstrates economic motivation for being in the USA in the first place and her interview singing the praises of third gender India is very, very bad for her claim.

She has to show far more that just being discriminated against or having it tough in India. India is pretty okay for trans people when you compare it to the rest of the world and it's a democracy and ally. She's going to be hard pressed to demonstrate that India is some awful place with government supported persecution against trans people. The bar for defensive asylum is very high and I personally don't think Nina meets the legal criteria. India is not on the list of countries the USA identifies as having issues that merit asylum claims, but is one of the countries they closely monitor due to a large number of economic migrants trying to get here.

The only successful asylum claims coming from India seem to be from the Skih people due to religious persecution - and then a shit ton are all denied due to it being an very abused last resort by a lot of Indian nationals trying a hail mary to stay in the country. The long line of indian economic migrants abusing the asylum claim system gives Nina a hard row to hoe.

When shit first began with that-which-must-never-be-named, I (and many others on the farms) found it fucking bizarre how you literally could not go more than four people in the opposition to that-which-must-never-be-named without finding some kind of sexual deviant or criminal. Nyberg was the first one we really took a look at closely, but there was plenty of others, many of whom had a surprisingly high level of influence within the Quinn Rat King.

We had a bunch of discussions on the topic. At first, people here were somewhat divided on it; many felt it was mere coincidence, but as time went on and more and more people in said group started to be exposed for their sexual depravity, it got increasingly hard to argue that it was merely isolated incidents or examples of confirmation bias.

This spread outwards when we started looking into the Rat Kings. As it turns out, like attracts like, especially when it comes to both lolcows and people with fucking bizarre sexual pathologies. Take a look through our Rat King subforum and you will see multiple pedophiles, an inordinate number of autogynephiles, at least one honest-to-god rapist, a serial sexual harasser, several accused of sexual assault, and that's just on the top half of the first fucking page.

When it comes to justifying terrible people, there is no bottom when it comes to these clowns. They inevitably alienate anyone who's not as fucking insane as they are, so inevitably only people who are equally fucking nanners remain. When they're down to their "core group," you can virtually guarantee that the only ones left will be either so browbeaten they don't know any better or are the most depraved motherfuckers of them all.

Maybe there are just less FtM transitions? Or maybe FtM don't make fools of themselves as much? I don't see many FtM bitching about not being able to use the male bathroom or not having the same rights as men.

But maybe it's also because it's probably easier for a woman to "pass" as a man than it is for a man to "pass" as a woman. And because FtM can pass, they don't make as much of a stink; and thus don't grab our attention.

Remember folks, normal people don't get threads here for a reason. They're boring. We aren't following transgenders because all transgenders are note-worthy (some actually appear "normal"); it just so happens that a lot of MtF trannies aren't normal and thus, are note-worthy.

Women conflicted with dysphoria tend to call themselves queer before they come to terms with homosexuality or the fact that they're just tomboys.

That's why you see so many chicks wanting binders, but they almost always call themselves non binary before they say they are ftm. They know they aren't trans, they just don't want to admit that they're self conscious about having a titty.

There are some ftms, however. The ones I've run into are mostly just the enbies.
