In her post she says that noone's lived in the house for years. That house doesn't look like it's been uninhabited for an extremely long time, but if the family kept up with it a bit while it was vacant for a year or two, that would make sense. The more I look at this, the more I think the most reasonable answer is just that the dad was going to work on/clean up the house (presumably in preparation for getting rid of it) and brought Lucinda along so she could grab anything she wanted.

It does look pretty sketch at first glance, but it's worth remembering that the information we have is filtered through Lucinda, and thus also filtered through her conditions, and is thus not necessarily the most accurate picture of reality. Maybe she just started to feel really sketched out from being left alone in an empty house and thus painted a sketchy picture of her circumstances, even though things weren't that bad in reality.

In good news, Lucinda’s dad didn’t leave her to die. In sad news, they apparently got robbed, ran over her chicks, let her cats loose and threw her things outside. She relapsed (don’t think she ever stopped b/p to be fair) and told her mom to cancel her heart surgery.

Ah, so maybe the stuff in bin bags in the photos at the other house was the stuff that'd been dumped in the street by the robbers? Though I'm a little surprised as this would mean she was out of the house for long enough for it to be comprehensively burgled.

Decampng somewhere, anywhere, else, after you've had you're own home violated in that way as a good shout, it feels absolutely awful. If they can sort through some of grandmas stuff and even pick up stopgap replacements for things that were taken while there then its making some good out of a horrible situation.

Jesus. Did she ever move to the continental states? I know a while back she was supposed to but idr where that went. If so, her parents should be able to get her 5150d or whatever they did to Cooney that one time. Idk if it would genuinely help, but the locks on the fridge and dog food indicate her parents are trying to at least do something. If I were her parent I have no idea how Id handle this if getting her committed was not an option. At this point Id be wondering if it would be better just to 'make her comfortable'. So, so awful.

She looks better, either she’s actually gained weight or she’s not using those awful unicorn filters.
Unfortunately she’s already damaged her organs for life, but the years she has left could be valuable.

Preferring to believe she’s lying about the dog food (even though she’s claimed that before, on probably page 2 or 3).
Saw the Chicken Run movie got added to Netflix recently and it made me think of the spoopiest unicorn.

She is also undergoing some kind of treatment while there that requires her to not disappaointing, and make an effort. Unsure whether this is psychological or physiological treatment, but it's probably a mix of both.

She says that the reason she went offline was that she was hospitalized and thus not able to use her phone.

From the photos she's posted, she appears to be in a very rural part of an already pretty rural county in Michigan, possibly at some kind of ranch treatment facility, or with family that live out in the country.

She mentions living in a new house, that may mean she's not at a facility, at least not fulltime.

Regardless, at least she's still kicking, and even appears to be somewhat happy (at least at getting her phone back).
Maybe there's some hope for her yet.

I'll give her the benefit of the doubt. Yeah, some people (myself included) doubt she is as autistic as she claims. Regardless, I think the bigger issue is that phone. I sound so old saying this, but I really think things could turn around if she wasn't online. EDs are all about competition, and if all that she does is sit on her chair and scroll all day everyday, then nothing will change.

Intriguing. The order of intensity for ED treatment programs is: inpatient, residential, PHP (on an outpatient basis but 5x/week for about 6 hours/day), IOP (same as php but half days and then maybe fewer days). Maybe she went inpatient (done to medically stabilize someone, I.e. someone at risk of refeeding syndrome or other medical complications or severe other mental illness which also needs to be stabilized) for a bit to stabilize and make her eligible for resi. Could be one of those residential programs that does sort of cottage style things? Like 4-8 people in a house with round the clock staff.

I was a lurker for a long time and made my account sort of recently; now I 100% get what y’all have been saying about the dread every time you get a post notif for her :( fingers crossed this goes well for her.

Mid-Michigan cows are rare, and this one in particular I would never have expected to be in my neck of the woods.

Gladwin County is in the middle of absolute bumfuck nowhere. The major ED treatment centers are in the more populated southern and western parts of the lower peninsula in the Grand Rapids and Detroit metro areas, as well as Ann Arbor where the University of Michigan is based. All of those areas are at least a 2 hour drive from Gladwin. There are a couple of smaller ED clinics in Mount Pleasant and Midland which are closer, so maybe she's doing outpatient or partial inpatient there. I'm guessing wherever she's staying is a private residence, maybe belonging to a relative or family friend.

Note how bundled up she is in the photo, right now temps are around 40-50 degrees Fahrenheit which much feel positively Arctic for a Puerto Rican bulimic.

If that license is accurate, then her BMI is at 16.1, not healthy but only a bit underweight. Certainly a lot better than 10, or whatever she was at previously.
She still looks extremely gaunt, and 100 is a big round number, so it's probably her exact weight. Also, confirmation she's doing outpatient ED treatment. The cutting posts she did a bit ago were extremely concerning, but she's still around. She's probably going through ups and downs and just had a really down down.
Overall, she seems to be improving. Here's hoping that doesn't change.

Of course its not just a pet, it's going to be performing "deep pressure" tasks. Eyeroll.
I'd like it if she could recover and stop being such a millstone around her parents necks but I think she will enjoy destroying her restored weight when she decides the recovery LARP isn't paying out the positive attention and drama she craves.
