It does mean that production is instigating or facilitating physical altercations and fights. I think that opens them up liability wise and also means that their hand are messy. It would've been better if they didn't get this involved or suggestive with things.
If you want to know their stance of contestants fighting skip to 1 minute in this clip from bitchtank

Ben says "I'm just here to break up the fight" and "I do not encourage fighting nor do I discourage it".

I think it's obvious they don't mind some level of physical altercations since it makes things entertaining. They basically bring in Frank to annoy people and let him get punched in return knowing that he's not going to press charges. The contract probably covers them from any issues as long as they're not overtly telling people to start fighting (aside from when Sam brings out the boxing gloves I guess) and as long as no serious injuries occur.

Haley's compulsive need to get in physical altercations with everyone in the same room as her really makes me wish she was saved for season 3

That feeling when all the white boys on the queer male dating show leave at once.

I doubt it's effective. Either it was a joke that she's not going to be hassled by, or it's not a joke and she was already comfortable with it being public knowledge. It's just the 32 insult again.
It was probably just a joke about how she dresses the way she does, since she doesn't actually have any of that behavior on her online accounts. Unless he gets physical she'll probably handle the verbal hassling fine unless he brings up her mother and her death, which is clearly a sore spot for her.

Somewhere between 4-4:30am, Ben and Jet go wake up and talk to a bunch of contestants. It seems like they're drunk, Ben moreso, but it may be just because he's a better actor and they're faking it.

First, they go into B1 and talk shit about Mizzy to Binx, complain about how selfish and self-absorbed she is. By the time they leave, Payton is also awake, and after they leave the room the girls seethe about being woken up.

Next, they go into B3 and gas up Simbal about how he is the Lion, the strongest man of the house etc. Ben talks about how cool it was that he broke a plate and was threatening Frank with it.

Finally they go down to the bar and pull Jeff out of the downstairs bathroom and tell him a sob story about how they are both serious alcoholics. They are both hamming up the drunk act. This later devolves into talk about how they are running the Fishtank just to fuck girls. Eventually, Jeff reveals his hidden bottle of alcohol to Ben and Jet who take it and go back to the basement with it.

Now free from being stuck in the downstairs toilet, Jeff speeds upstairs to B2 where Nifty is sleeping. He shouts "who the fuck is that?" waking her up thinking it was Frank, then realizing it wasn't. He then goes into B3 and throws something at Simbal's head. They are now talking to each other.

I recall from season 1 (maybe, but it was during one of the seasons) that their stance was kind of like physical stuff was ok so long as it was "consensual" (they didn't use that word, but they use some kind of wording that meant so long as it was tit-for-tat and both parties were engaged then it was fine).

Jet had a long conversation with cymbalta today and discussed physical contact (this is when he said that Frank basically "can't fight back" and cymbalta took that as approval to try and really go at him) and mentioned that they basically toned down this season compared to previous seasons. It's hard to tell because shit is so chaotic and I didn't follow all the seasons closely, but it does seem at least a little bit toned down and there is no poopoo/peepee stuff going on.

I think besides people actually getting into a full on fist fight or sucker punching someone or trying to weaponize a broken cup or plate (like cymbalta did) that the ban on poopoo/peepee stuff is a positive because it is probably offputting to a lot of people once you involve piss and shit (at least it is for me). The spitting and stuff like that is bad enough though.

In any case, if they want fishtank to become semi-mainstream then they have to tread very carefully because the more viewers that they get means more attention and although the wiggers are basically immune to "cancel culture" there is shit that negative attention can result in besides that. They really have to try to avoid situations where things get way out of hand - but having said all of that, if you look at fishtank in its totality and the worst parts of it, its still really nothing compared to what seems to be allowed on platforms like Kick (Johnny Somali being a great example of that).

Before B1 they went to Mizzy's room. Ben said he just got a lead role in some major film and compared himself to Mizzy and her shitty Dhar Mann roles. Mizzy was all "yay I'm so happy for you, you are a great actor" etc. which made Ben mad. Mizzy also remarked something like "I don't know what role you're playing now", implying she knew they were acting. Ben dumped some whiskey from his glass on the floor and Mizzy went back to sleep.

I tried to make CoPilot summarise this but it killed itself.
So here's my summary:
He starts off saying he's going to reveal the truth about Fishtank, and weirdly that his wife was encouraging him to go back. He claims he would have beat "that rapist" to death. He insists he's getting begged to return the house. The he "reveals" that G is called Samuel Hyde and he's a "rapist and known paedophile". "That big guy" locked him in a room and then his wife and daughter's phones were recording "the whole time" (I thought they didn't have their phones inside the house?) but "they edited the scene". His wife and daughter wanted "cash and prizes" but G told them to get the fuck out and threw their purses at them. He claims not one person has been paid anything.

He reiterates he was then held against his will in the room but Jacqueline recorded it even though G cut it from the edit. Sam blocked him but Alex "put his goddamn elbow on his fucking neck, I said this is how it's going to go down" then he claims he grabbed the light in the confessional and that's when production intervened because they're not allowed to touch. He then says he broke his glasses twice - he's now talking about Frank, he seems to have merged them? - and how he's the monkey cobra king. Then he says he'll post the texts where they're begging him to return, and mentioned they followed him into the driveway begging him not to leave and offering him $5k, but they've not paid anyone. He thought he was making his momma and family proud. He also was going to stab someone in the neck with a fork, and he'd beat Wild Randy to death, and how much he beat up Simbal. Anyway, he quit because there was a rapist but they'd kick him off if he hit the rapist. He also broke his glasses twice.

-next live-

First minute Alex spends rambling about production gaslighting Burt and how everyone wasn't drunk, then rants about Frank Hassle threatening to rape his monkeys. Then he mentions production begging him to return and offering him money, but "nobody" got paid yet". He then threatens someone in chat who joked they'd rape his monkeys. Alex reiterates that the show is crazy, and claims his wife recorded him getting trapped in a room (and then says he put his elbow on Frank's neck and smashed a light on him). He doubles down that he and Connor "made the show" and mentions that he humiliated Simbal from day one and continually degreaded him and made him look at the floor at all times. He claims Simbal didn't land a single punch during boxing and that Simbal's face was "fucked up" by him. Then he randomly says he loves Simbal and "hope he gets out of there".

He describes Burt as his brother and mentions they're messing with his head and that Burt's delusions were right, and that Burt paid $2000 to play with the prisoners, and now he's "leaning into the prison role". Burt's going to relapse on smoking and they're messing with him with notes (and he paid $2000). Alex is sure he could have won the whole thing but they acted like he needed the money and he didn't because he's rich and has everything paid off and travels all the time. Alex mentions his wife had to change her username due to harassment but then plugs his youtube channel as proof of how rich he is. He claims to be an ex-con who could go feral on these bitches with his boney knuckles. Then he's going to post his screenshots of them begging him to come back. His wife tells him not to share screenshots of his bank account, because the viewers will probably use it for something, but he insists he just wants to share the balance. He was only there because he thought it was a Hulu show, not some internet website.

He's been hanging out with Connor, who's his bro. Connor has a diabetic dog named "Renegade" and they were going to let it die. They wouldn't give the dog insulin. Something to do with Connor's parents? But Renegade would be dead if Connor hadn't left. They didn't tell him that. Also the show is fake and set up and they lie about the prize money, because not one person has been paid off the show. (La'Ron comments "I GOT PAID", which Alex doesn't notice). His wife recorded audio clips where she was told by production she'd only be allowed in if she beat up Binx and acted as crazy as possible, or else she wouldn't be allowed to see Alex. He's going to upload audio clips of them telling her to beat up Binx or else she couldn't see Alex. They sat him and Binx down to fix their brother-sister relationship and Jacqueline walked in and pointed at production and said "you all said I could beat up Binx, you lead me here under a false pretence".

One guy thought he was a male model, another guy thought he was doing weight lifting, Alex thought they were doing an outside wood challenge (?), another person thought it was a video game tournament; they lured everybody on false pretences. He's glad to be out. If they don't pay Alex, they have no idea of the "real shit" he's about to release. He's got so much more to tell. They've invited him back but they might not now. Alex then insists La'Ron did not get paid and he's already spoken to La'Ron and they actually took his prizes from him outside. Alex found them. Alex then starts rambling about how rich he is again. The chat is encouraging him to go live with La'Ron and Alex doesn't notice because he's talking about the bruises he has from Fishtank.

La'Ron insists he's been paid and he hasn't spoken to Alex, but Alex is now rambling about how Burt tried to have sex with him (but it's ok because Burt's his brother) and then "the other guy" tried to have sex with him and Connor, and threatened to rape his underage daughter. That's why he wanted to fight them all without boxing gloves. None of y'all saw Simbal stand up to fight and he didn't land a single punch on Alex. La'Ron clarifies that he, Alexis, Smaack and Teddy have all been paid, but Alex doesn't notice because he's re-enacting his fight with Simbal ("RAIN RAIN RAIN RAIN"). Alex says there was a night he scared Sam so bad Sam got mad at him with his "THIS IS SPARTA" thing. Alex also told Sam where Teddy was hiding and Sam gave him chocolate. Alex is very rich. Mercifully this is where the recording ends.
His mind is racing so fast he can't even work out what his story is and he contradicts himself a bunch while rehashing the same topic over and over. His big reveal is just the concept of Fishtank, although he also confabulates a bunch of things that never happened. I assume he's addressing an imagined audience who only watch summary videos on YouTube, that he believes Sam Hyde personally edits and releases to obscure his wrongdoing. I think he's also struggling to work out if he despises "G" or still looks up to "G".

Who knew that when they said "Alex wasn't kicked, he quit...we want him back." They weren't lying lmao
God he's such a snake - he was praising Connor in his live, and then complaining that Connor groped Binx as a way of making himself look better. But yeah, despite Alex's various claims of receiving countless messages from production begging him to return that he was going to post, he has one text message chain that seems fairly businesslike and straight forward, and then just padded it out with fan messages.
Why do they want Alex back? If these retards fell for Gorblor Consumer of Worlds going "it's actually $5k and they totally never paid anyone out anyway", Alex would almost 100% get fish to leave, and not the ones people want gone the most.
Yeah his insufferable crackhead babbling (rather than Burt's schizo babbling) sucks all the air out of the room and prevents anything actually happening with the other fish. All that would happen if he was on the show is he'd continually yap about how rich he is, how he wants to make momma proud, how he loves his family, how crazy his wife is, how he could totally kill Frank Hassle no cap fr fr ong, how rich he is, also how he wants to make his momma proud, did he mention that he loves his family and he's got a rolex, he could totally kill Frank...
Burt astutely observed at the time that the chaos and stress of his wife turning up has sent Alex into some sort of manic state. He's not coherent enough to really humiliate because he's too "activated" and has become unmoored from reality. It'd just be a bunch of him yelling and screaming and threatening Frank while all the other fish sit around for hours on end.
I wonder if Ben and Jet really did get drunk and decided to go fuck with the fish to let some steam off. I wouldn't really blame them for it after dealing with Alex.

Is this the real Xavier or just someone with the name doing it? because shit is fucking funny as hell if its being set up for him to show up..
It's the real Xavier. Everyone who is on the show is given an account with nearly unlimited tokens for TTS.

outside wood challenge (?),
Yeah, Alex was one of the contestants that saw Fishtank in an email, and he presumably saw some of S2.5.

Burt drugging him coulda saved him. That's so wild.

I wonder how much Sam joking about "Famous Community", and saying that there are multiple houses fucked the fish up. I know Sam came out the same night, and said there was just the single house, and the other places were previous seasons, but it didn't seem to fix it. The fish just got more confused, and when they saw the remnants of Schitty from B2 's window the confusion just started again.

It's such an over the top non-sense concept that I really didn't expect anyone but Burt to maybe get hung up on it, but most of them fell for it. Payton at one point was talking about it to herself in a room iirc and Alex absolutely bought it. Honestly the only reason I think Burt has even fallen for it is his circular thinking and TTS egging him on. The other fish who fell for it are just plain retarded.
"Yooooo it's so funny we got a big black dude to jerk off to what we said, hey zoom in on his crotch bro, it's a real kneeslapper haha xDDD"
Gay male show.
It's a gay show!

For Burt specifically, he's getting secret messages hidden in plushies and fans that confirm the existence of the other houses.
