I already caught a moment or two during the interview where the guy was asking him loaded questions such as "Why is every pony in Tamers' universe so racist?", so what you guys are saying definitely checks out.

I understand the concern but so far I don't think Tamers has been influenced like that and I doubt he will be. Throughout the interview he kept a tongue in cheek attitude and the latest episodes still had the ponies drawn with the circle tool asses we know and love, visible shit stains included.
I'm not making a twitter to see posts but the one most recent significant memory of encounters with bronies on the Internet was a few including that got jannie positions in a vidya community lurked in a few years ago writing insufferable psuedo-intellectual textwalls about how NOT liking incest was transphobic or some shit. I wish I still had screengrabs but they apparently got deleted or something last time I was freeing space on my computer by accident. They were not trolling, they were unironcally trying to pull some crazy intellectual/moral superiority card for being into watching people fuck their siblings or parents.
He got a copyright strike from a Lord of the Rings-SU crossover AMV years ago (and it popped back up recently out of nowhere). He got a community guidelines strike for the sleepover episode for the flashback scene in which Bartleby commits a school shooting (he lost monetization for this one, people were able to give him superchats before this). And he got a second community guidelines strike for the BDSM scene in Twilight Sparkle Commits Arson (he addressed this on Twitter I think).
Does he really straight up debunk this theory? I pretty much believe in it 100%, especially after seeing the video in the woods where he and his brother (who sounds extremely similar to Tamers) are doing the Star Wars shit.

There's a lot riding on this return of SU. I will have to leave the fanclub if it's return isn't on par with SU earlier this year. It's all so distressing. I think about what happened to Spongebob and Family Guy and the Simpsons and it makes me worry for the future of this glorious thing.
I don’t see Tamers toning down his humor personally. It’s still present in the pony videos, and if the overly sensitive ponyfags don’t like it they’ll leave. At least Tamers will still have his original audience.
Yeah he might start including more drama and relationship shit that I really don't care for and hope stays out of SU, but I really don't see the humor changing. If anything I see him doing more ongoing stories, and not like the ones he did before leading up to BWTB where it's kinda just happening in the backgrounds or in after credits, but like entire videos focused on setting something up. Like the drama stuff I'm not really for that since I think his stuff works better as a slowburn in the background but that's what I think he means by changing it up or however he said it in the interview.
