I do hope any of Fong-Jones’ potential clients who should happen to accidentally happen upon this thread are taking note of all this. I use Instagram and my friends sent me the most highly viscerally racist, homophobic and transphobic memes regularly (I might add that they do this with "careless abandon"). Instagram and its parent company Facebook/Meta do not see "seething bigots" or their content on their own platforms as an issue and it is forms the bread and butter of their income. Obviously I don't know but the things in the document do seem to check out. If that really is his Reddit account (which seems highly likely), it's almost certainly him. Just going off of his KF activity, the Nashville connection seems like a huge stretch but the other details really do fall in line.

As the document says, there were only so many people this could have been (39, apparently) based on conference overlap. Mailfrawd gave out far too much information here and was dumb to use Reddit, especially with a name that he also used professionally. Should have just made those first few posts and then started a fresh account. That goes for anyone who ever gets verified.

Seems to me the person publishing the data would be 'an element of any violation'.
So, yes, the person in question would need to file in Washington. Not sure if there are any ambulance chasers who would take it. It does provide for costs and fees so they could be out $0 if they wanted to try and pursue it.
