What is bad timing?

I believe this is in response to STMS this morning. I listened to the first 1/4 at the gym. Aaron's realizing that he's not making enough money and has the retarded idea to make the show longer. (Someone, please correct him. It needs to be shorter and better organized.) He went on about his viewership (up in 2024 - no kidding) but needs to do better.

My thought: Nick may be trying to bankrupt him with vexatious litigation (revenge porn).
