Patrick Alan Melton / Nobody Likes Onions / "THE QUEEN!!" - Obese STMS a-log, "Dabbleverse" creep, "jokes" about children starting an OnlyFans (at 15), scouts X to find photos of them, offers child vocalised TTS. Argued for "ethical generative AI CP", conceded awkwardly with a laugh amid backlash.

I knew a guy who got arrested for having a table full of weed when the cops were serving a search warrant for a person in the house. Charges were dropped because the warrant wasnt to search the house. Could be a similar situation.
nah melton did a grift that he said was to raise money for moving costs that were the same as his legal costs for this

I find it funny that he's going after Legal Mindset, when LM hasn't said much about him. He even dedicated a whole stream to him when it was KC who have been dunking on him. I imagine he's doing this stream for Nick.
this is what he does is someone says something negative he turns into fat bully tard i seen people criticize him for a few minutes and him do 3 hours on them he is a fucking coward and loser

If this is the U.S., I think they just didn't really want to bother with it. That would ordinarily fall under the plain sight doctrine, at least if they weren't engaging in shenanigans and deliberately searching the house itself despite the warrant. At least if they encountered the weed while legitimately searching for the person named, it would be admissable.

If it was more ambiguous than that, they might have dropped it because weed is a pretty low priority these days and devoting money and time to a possibly losing case isn't really something a prosecutor wants.

Just because the cops find something and arrest someone doesn't mean the prosecutor will think it's worth doing anything about. And possibly the cops actually did fuck up. For instance, if they found the dude they were looking for and kept searching that would be a loser of a case.

lets face it with this case though its pretty clear cut, patrick said nick had access to Steel toe's private google accounts and had been feeding him info for months. Witness intimidation and also I do think the law still respects people having their privacy, these investigations can take weeks or months, Patrick is on borrowed time.

This was over 20 years ago. They charged him and wanted to prosecute, but couldnt.

Melton was found with 50k of coke in his apartment in LA years ago and got out of it (i figure he ratted out the guy whose coke it was) I think he will say that but I doubt he can get out of it this time anyone with a brain would know you should say "hey that shit is illegal" I think at the best he gets a plea deal and probably cannot ever even talk about Steel toe again as one of the terms.
I found two sources of information regarding his cocaine arrest in LA:

A short video posted on the subreddit r/HackerverseAnonymous (Could not download or find it anywhere else), it is Redbar reading an email from a listener who talks about Melton's arrest for cocaine.

A person in the comments of the post stated this was season 14 episode 8 of Redbar Radio.
-Had been listening to NLO since 2007
-Was an avid fan
-He now listens to Redbar, his girlfriend hates Melton
-Melton was arrested in California for possession of cocaine
-In an after show Melton claimed the cocaine belonged to another comedian
-He was going to be nice and hold onto it
-Instead he decided to sell the cocaine and got picked up by the cops
-During another after show Melton cried about not trusting the police and telling them the truth
-He tried to crowdfund the lawyer
-He is a real softie
-Redbar says that he has seen Melton's arrest record
-Redbar says that Melton was arrested for something the bail was $10k and he wants to know where Melton got the money from.

A LOSSLESS video where Josh Denny also talks about Melton's arrest for cocaine, timestamped to subject:

YouTube used the more famous Patrick Melton in its people mentioned feature:

But the LOSSLESS video does have a lovely image of a very fat and very gay Elton John in the thumbnail:

One thing Melton has been saying a lot lately is he's a comedian and he lies all the time on his show
I've noticed that "I'm a retarded liar, so you can't take anything I say seriously and use it against me" is a go-to excuse for hack comedians who get themselves in trouble. Dick Masterson and Vito use it a lot too. Somebody should inform these guys that rappers routinely have their own lyrics used as evidence against them in court.

This guy sucks so much ass. Aaron outside of the Qover shit is too boring to a-log and Melton (pedophilia advocate) is even worse. I have no idea how he has fans but they're fragile as fuck on xitter and that subreddit. Also similar to Dax (aka Juju the Cow aka a man who gets fucked in the ass while dressed as a cow) Melton should have (pedophilia advocate) put after his name whenever it comes up.

It was also mentioned in the Rekieta thread, but Aaron has said on his evening show today that he received a phone call from the police today, and it sounded very favorable towards Aaron. The police explained to him how they will be proceeding and Aaron sounded very pleased with the conversation. Mentions that he told them that the detectives can reach out to him if they need anything further, seemingly in reference to further incriminating evidence, because he has it all prepared to send over. Made some comments about the pedophile's attempt to pretend he's constantly lying as a pre-emptive defense.

Calling someone a "snitch" is how low I.Q. people manipulate others into concealing their criminal activity. Besides, none of those people are calling Rekieta a snitch for going to the police to file revenge porn charges against Aaron, or Nick trying to bring up Aaron livestreaming the omnibus proceedings. They don't even believe the bullshit they're spewing; they're losers whose only friend group is a bunch of other losers who sexually harass children until the government has to get involved.

That's what Melton doesn't yet understand. Saying allegedly or I was just joking doesn't help when you have spelled out something very specific.

Ultimately I'd hope Aaron would know already if his Google account was compromised. Nick has posted a browsing history and intentionally scribbled over the Google account. Melton then outlined that it was from when Aaron logged in there and described things he has seen.

Did Aaron really search for defamation law when Melton was threatened to sue him? That's a zinger if so. Very specific. Radio interview presentation? 3k a month? Very specific if true.

Those are the kind of things you can't say I was just joking about.

Depends on whether he actually did what he said he did and how hard they want to go after the pudgy pedo. They might be more interested in going after Nick and offer a cushy deal. Just the threats are bad enough even if they possibly couldn't prove something more serious like blackmail based on weasel wording.
When the bodycams get released, we'll see cops sweating Patty Melt and listen to him act like a bitch when confronted about all this shit he claimed to know.

It's funny to see him panic from his determined attempt at a "work" pretending to panic a little while ago to make it all look like a pre-planned joke to now straight up seething.

I mean..... Fatrick doesn't sound like he's having fun anymore. He quite simply sounds very mad.

It's really simple. If all the specific tidbits Melton said, like particular Google searches or emails, actually exist in Aaron's Google account history, Melton had to have been tipped off somehow.

Of course, even making that shit up and saying what he said was a very bad idea, but it sure seems like Nick actually had access to Aaron's account.
