Keep in mind all of burts muscles are implants and based on what people said about the pull up challenges he has no idea how to exercise or any stamina whatsoever. Frank "Marlboro" Hassle is really, really unfit and out of shape - very clear his size advantage is the main thing that lets him hassle people and nothing else.

Burt is definitely on heavy roids which can give you large muscles with minimal work. I doubt implants, more likely synthol on top of the roids

I feel like we need an actual boxing technique thread after this. You guys know how to throw a hip punch, right?

Reverse throws are basically jabs without hips. It's a quick way to work out your muscles that have never been worked out.

If you've never hit a punching bag I would suggest you stand up, put your hips level to your feet, put your shoulders 20º from your hips, and bring your elbow as close to it's extended shoulder. Afterward try using your shoulder muscle to move it forward. Do not use your chest or arms. This is how you actually throw a punch. After this it's using your tricep and bicep to aim the punch and your hips and momentum to drive it forward. Arm strength means absolutely nothing when hitting an opponent.

The reason Mike Tyson was so deadly was he was 5'8 and had insane midsection. He was fridgemode but 150% muscle.

Previously in the thread people have done autistic analysis of scars on his body (and they were further revealed when he went on the bloodgames field trip) and come to the conclusion that he has implants.

He has surgery scars in all the right places. People have posted pictures.
 
Just for update purposes:
  • Burt was declared winner but has been told that doesn't mean that Frank is leaving the house
  • Sam Hyde gave Burt a dressing down in front of everyone telling him he was a bit of an idiot for falling for Frank telling him everything he wanted to hear for just 2 days and that he betrayed all of his friends.
