Bossman has it in the bag, screw those TL;DR posters, they don't understand that bossman had good intentions, and he was UNLAWFULLY rigged.
Anyone in that situation would resort to drugs because the reality they exist in does not follow the laws. He tried to work inside the law, but had a legal system that suspiciously works against him. ITS NOT A CRIME TO PARTY! If it is, then are we not all guilty?

PSA for all of those suffering from withdrawal, this thread is a blast to go back through and read from the beginning. I’ve mentioned this before, but I do 1-4 pages a day. I just made it through the 200k saga (about when I started following BMJ) and what a rollercoaster. Even though that was only a couple of months ago, it all seems fresh.

I really do miss the pages and pages of sperging when good things happen to this guy.

And then he fucking predictably blows it all.

"wahh i'm mad that bossman is making all this money"

as if he is gonna keep any of it, i kept telling these people the more he wins the more he has to lose and more content powder he gets to sniff/smoke which is a win/win for us.

the most money bossman has saved is that 1.7k thats stuck in that wallet thats tied to the dead iphone SE (fucking ratmom throwing out the seed phrases)

Halfbaked idea that im sure has been brainstormed before:

A cross between kiwi movienight, Coast to Coast AM's "Somewhere in Time," and "African-American book club,"

"back2thepast" with Cold Stoned Steve Baustin. 1 day a week, from 12am-12am, 24 hours of archived material, starting from as far back as the records go, lasting all the way to the present or whenever freedom finds my kang. Could add the material to some kind of shared, streaming playlist and use the $kkkasino for discussion.

I like it, we could branch out to the blooming trucker, people without smartphones and families moving in a UHaul market.

When all is said and done, he may get away with “time served” and conditions (which he will immediately violate, because Bossman)
There's no changing BossmanJack.
With this in mind, and the fact his lawyer mentioned Bossman has unresolved mental issues and was in the psych ward(right? he was in a nuthouse, right?), isn't there a teeny-tiny chance they go for some sort of insanity/unfit plea or something? No idea how it works over there, but BMJ is clearly not fit, like, overall. I compared him to StopSpeeding, who quit meth and booze and got his life in order, but it was clearly not a fair comparison. Our boy is very mentally unstable, more than most crackheads.
Is there a scenario where the court decides Austin is in dire need of mental help, rather than imprisonment? Or did this train officially leave the station with the rehab fiasco?

We're not getting anymore content any time soon, that's clear. I kind of wish he'd get psychiatric help. Really don't think jail will fix him in the long run. If fixing him is even possible at this point.

lolno

Austin clearly comprehends the difference between right and wrong and is capable of aiding his own defense. The fuckin weirdo rat judge already shot down any leniency at this juncture because of alleged mental health issues when Austin's lawyer brought it up last Thursday

A insanity plea wouldn't help, he would just be sent to a mental facility, court ordered, and those places are usually just as hell holey as a normal prison, or even worse.

This only works in the movies, in real life you really don't want to plead insanity or being mentally unfit, because that's a even more unpleasant hole to go down to. Unless someones completely fucking nuts lawyers will do whatever they can to steer clear of going down that rabbit hole.

I came to the party late and I still have this thread to keep me in ignorant bliss for another... Month on and off of reading but yea. I gotta stop finding new cows interesting because moment I do they end up in jail

Why? I'm not from the US of A and I have no idea how such pleas work and what are their consequences

Because some of the institutions people who plead insanity get sent to are just as bad as a place to be in as a prison, and you are stuck in a treatment facility with people who are seriously retarded/insane. Unless you are a real mental case (Austin has some mental issues, but he's not a drooling retard or something like that) you really don't want to end up there.

In Austin’s case, he’d be held in a mental institution until declared mentally fit, and then stand trial.

If you go to trial and are found “not guilty by reason of insanity” then you’re condemned to a mental institution until deemed fit to be released, which means you’d spend your life in a mental institution, which is generally worse and more restrictive than prison.

Edit: For an example of the former see Devon Arthurs; latter: John Hinckley Jr
