The most alarming thing he did was scat roleplay with a person who was 16 at the time. What a fucking regular Adolf Hitler.

It's a violation of HIPPA to release information over the phone IIRC.

Generally HIPAA permits hospitals to keep a patient directory and disclose general information. When you read a news report saying such-and-such has been admitted to X hospital and is reported in X condition (stuff like critical or stable), it is usually from a report from the hospital of this type.
