Don't just scrawl over things you want to censor with a pen because it's easy to overlay what you've missed and guess the partial letters. You are putting yourself at risk.

I'd delete that attachment and do it over by using the select tool to wipe what you don't want seen. Before Greta sees.

Thank you for these, but please be careful! If there is anything that Greta and the Elizabeth Waite saga taught us us that anyone who is seen as changing sides or not hauling their narrative line is completely ostracized and turned away from any and all of the local Trans community and resources. Don't put yourself at risk if possible.

There is nothing I can say that Officer Crappenberg hasn't said already and even myself a few more pages back. I'll see if I can find the discipline to replicate findings there in the future but I just don't have the time to go through all the posts again and do so. I also can't ask that anyone do the same either but just think what an important resource that would be for journalists coming into this thread through Google's first page results.

Maybe if we can find some 10, 20 or 30 people willing to work on this (getting all the information here into the wiki) as a community effort it would surely be less of an herculean effort. Anyone interested feel free to send me a private message and if we got enough people I'll be more than happy to coordinate the work and also join in on it.

I love that with all of Greta's threats and schemes, they are their own worst enemy. They used Elizabeth's suicide for fundraising which started people questioning. They tried to spam complaints which tipped us off to their scammy fundraiser. They befriend Phil, who can't keep his mouth shut. They threaten @Null which just keeps their thread going because of audacity and interest. They fail to do pretty much anything to make their "wife" a legal citizen which gets her detained. They fail at training their staff and bitches about kiwifarms which causes people to come to this thread and see documentation of their scam.

Next up, they do something dumb and get many levels of authority to really investigate their "charity"

Greta, it's in your best interest to move onto the next scam and keep your head down.

I love how someone comes in from Greta's circle & all the mean Kiwi murderers immediately get all protective of them. It's like we're an internet domestic violence shelter for battered transfolk & their partners.

It just makes me feel all warm & fuzzy inside knowing we're a community of good compassionate people with actual human emotions.

All in all this was a very anti-climactic end to the ICE sage. It was fun while it lastet though and I'm confident there's going to me more to come, because let's be real, there always is.

If I remember correctly Null told Greta in no uncertain terms that Florida is a Stand your Ground state and any new unsolicited visit and possible entrty of his or his families property would result in lead poisoning.

Even though it doesn't make any difference now, the situation you mentioned makes no sense. The Eloy Immigration Court rooms are inside the Detention facility. There would be no need to log detainees out of custody if they're going to see a judge.

If Greta thought the "complex paperwork" for her marriage visa was bad they are going to be in a world of hurt when it comes to the defensive asylum claim. I just hate that they can use their laziness and irresponsible behavior to bilk money from people who haven't bothered to investigate Greta's behavior and mismanagement of TLL.

Nina is in for a very long hard road. She's already severely damaged her case by working illegally at TLL and advertising that fact widely. India's government and conditions don't meet the criteria for asylum even if Nina is trans/gay, she's going to have to show specifically how she has and will be persecuted. From a strictly legal standpoint she doesn't meet the bar for asylum and they will definitely need a good lawyer to convince a judge otherwise.

Greta can laughably keep threatening KF but she should realize her partner is in a extremely vulnerable position at the moment. It is quite stupid to antagonize a group of keen researchers and archivists while her partner is here illegally and pursuing asylum.

Greta keeps behaving like a very aggressive angry man who cares far more about lashing out critics than Nina. I know if I was in her shoes I wouldn't want keep motivating a large group of people (many American citizens) into doing the job of the DOJ prosecutor by submitting relevant facts about Nina activities here and providing statements Nina's made about wonderful India.

The real kicker is all that is needed to sink Nina's asylum case is simply making sure the prosecutor is aware the information that TLL put out there themselves.

The other entertaining thing to watch for is if Greta doesn't bother to legally marry Nina now that she's been bailed out. Really getting married would give her Nina a much simpler, cheaper and safe pathway to legality, but if that doesn't happen it's either because Greta doesn't give a fuck about Nina and/or Greta can't submit her tax returns to USCIS because she's been dramatically under-reporting her income and using TLL as her personal expense account for vacations and living expenses.

I really hope as this thing plays out and they beg for more pity bux for a asylum case that the followers start asking why in the world they aren't pursuing a marriage visa instead of this dangerous and expensive asylum claims.

What about all the other people who also dared ask probing questions? Will she try to discredit them too?

The second one would be funny as all hell. Troon catfight between Groota and troon-Kengle. Although Weil seems to be not much of a troon. Somebody should find her address out and post it, let's see what happens.
