From listening Jimmy first fucked her after she pushed away his advances multiple times when she was drunk. The second time was her sleeping and Jimmy crawling into bed and groping resulting in sex while she was awake but pretended to be sleeping.

The other accusations against Jimmy were from a former GF of like 2 months who sounds like she is on every SSRI at the same time so she isnt totally reliable but she said Jimmy was very rough and wouldn't take no half way during sex and one time in a sperg rage he grabbed her by the throat against a wall.
Was also mentions of him just being a weirdo in general and muttering to himself a lot and making lots of threats towards not only the former GF but other girls.

I'll say from the vibes of it all that the former GF is probably half trustworthy since she is unhinged but so is Jimmy so take that for what its worth in a Depp vs Herd way.

In his Venmo history, his mom had sent him Uber money, presumably for his ride to the tank given the date. Big money Alex may not be balling as hard as previously claimed, and he already admitted the allowance his family sends to him is received and managed by his Ogrina.

The fact that mommy's payments to Alex have specific reasons listed tells me he has definitely burned any trust with them by lying for cash. He's almost 40 and his family still can't trust him by just sending him $100, they have to specifically send him the exact amount he needs for an Uber with a paper trail directly cataloging its purpose so he can't get away with using even $10 on his addictions.

I'm just gonna say it, he's definitely not "6 years sober" or whatever. He's probably been using up until last month and mommy knows he'll shoot up / smoke anything she sends him that isn't specifically earmarked. If I were her he'd already be written out of any trustfund / inheritance.

Not that anyone should encourage Burt, but I kind of have to agree with him here.
