As a pathological narcissist Nick Rekieta actually believes in his disordered mind that he is smarter than anyone else, and that includes the Minnesota law system. I knew immediately he would try to find every possible loophole he could research to pass tests and get high because he is still in fact a serious addict. And serious addicts just don't quit cold turkey from alcoholism, and hardcore drug abuse. That's actually dangerous as fuck. From delirium tremens from abruptly quitting heavy drinking, to the side effects of stopping daily cocaine use (irritability, massive fatigue) You have to ween off slowly.
It takes a month to detox all that shit out of your system to begin with. Was there any report of Nick checking into an actual doctor supervised professional detox facility? This shit is not mathing. He's still getting high, and just like his narcissist mask it's going to be exposed eventually. Book it!

They’re not the same. Aaron’s stuff is mostly all out there by what his stories imply about him and to what he unambiguously admitted. E.g. cuck porn leak, no one cares because he is a confessed cuck already.

Nick drips limited information in that he thinks will destroy his ‘enemies’, the main reason it looks bad on him is that we can fill in the gaps given what we know. From confirmed theories to his own contradictions. He always tries to paint himself in the best light possible to the point of absurdity.

We all know he hates his kids. The only reason he would care if he got them back and the CPS shit is actually over (and he is probably lying about that) is that it would prove he won. Somehow. Because normal people view getting their CPS case finished as some huge win. (FUN FACT: normal people do not have their kids taken away because they are psychos in the first place. Boasting on social media that your CPS case is over is like boasting that you are only a Schedule I sex offender and this is a huge win.)

So it is entirely predictable that if he actually got his kids back, he wouldn't immediately spend time with them, he would instead boast about it on social media. This is Nick, after all, the biggest scumbag in existence.

To be fair it's kind of a sad situation. Little 8 now 9 year old daughter, she is supposed to have someone she can trust in the house. And what does her father do ? He feeds her cocaine, because he diagnosed her himself with ADHD. Didn't even tell her, probably put it in her food or her drink. And all these balldo cuck orgies the kids had to endure with all these absolutely degenerate swingers and their weird sex toys and AIDS. And now he keeps her chained to his prison home, next to April, as some sort of twisted punishment for testing positive. This person is a monster.
