I’m not a huge Gaetz fan so I’m not too broken up over this news, but I am concerned that this means there are too many RINOs in the senate right now.
Some uniparty fucks asses need to be put to the fire and/or exposed, else they’ll just spend the next 2 years blocking stuff so that the dems can get gains in 2026.

Party affliction doesn't mean shit since McCarthy made it forbidden for Democrats and Republicans to "cross lines" in the 80s, 90s.

I personally dislike this constant going around the system. Going around Congress ultimately means that only votes for the President matter. It goes against the principle of checks and balances and is bound to lead to more fucked up shit in the future.

The Executive Branch has always had the veneer of monarchism around it, and can basically do whatever it wants within itself, same as how the courts and legislature can change the vast majority of their own internal shit without interference. Rarely does anything actually collide, hell even most attempts of congress to get the ball rolling on judicial reform and executive limitations are instantly dead in the water due to separation of powers or has already been ruled by SCOTUS in the last century.

I get not liking it, but this these checks and balances are meant to be exercised by the people via voting who they want as defacto king. We are the counter balance to all forms of government, which is where the 4th pillar, the media, is meant to be exercised.

"My friend is talking about not getting a bonus from work, because they have to buy extra material before the tariffs!!!"

All of these posts forget that the only reason the U.S. economy is functional right now is specifically thanks to Trump's tarrifs carrying over into Biden's admin. This means one of two things, A) Biden's people saw that it made a LOT of money and couldn't pass it up despite being Trump policies, or B) The Government NEEDS that money to not instantly collapse so that's why they shut the fuck up about it.

I'm going with option B myself, because it would be funny if the only reason the Biden government didn't instantly collapse was because of Trump.

That's not the point. The point is that he has talked about Israel non-stop and almost nothing else. The only non-Israel related tweets he's made are one tweet about Laken Riley's killer being found guilty, one tweet about the border, a couple tweets about some farm bill, and one tweet congratulating Kristi Noem on being appointed head of Homeland Security.

Compare that to Trump's Truth Social where he hasn't mentioned Israel at all in that timeframe but he has talked about important things like a Senate race being stolen in Pennsylvania, the Senate confirming Biden's judges without a fight, his plans to use the military to deport illegals, and announcing countless cabinet picks. The former two are things that directly affect Thune.

If Republicans want to win elections, they have to talk about issues that actually matter to the American people, not about a semite civil war on the other side of the planet.

They all condemning the ICC now for going after Bibi.

Weren't all these homosexuals praising the ICC two years ago, when they went after Putler.

And US Law doesn't even recognize the ICC so Bibi can still come over and do an annual State of the Union to Congress.
