Hey everyone, I had surgery 5 days ago and wanted to share some photos and progress. I had surgery in France. I had:

• release
• ZSI implants in the penis
• scrotoplasty (no implants yet) No v-nectomy but my surgeon removed some extra skin/labia (?) at the entrance. No UL. My urethra opening is behind my balls.

In terms of healing everything is great so far. The anesthesia itself was great (fell asleep and woke up as if I was taking a nap), no pain from the catheter on the hand, I had a urinary catheter only for a night and it wasn't even that bothering. I have almost no pain despite the bruising and everything still being swollen. I take one or two paracetamol pills every day. Stopped taking the stool softeners after two days because I have IBS and it was a catastrophy, I feel like I don't really need them anyway. I had some light bleeding the first 3 days. No nurse needed for the aftercare, I just need to shower and use antibiotic cream. I keep the area clean every time I use the toilet thanks to a peri bottle (super useful!). I still wear protections because of the antibiotic cream to not ruin my underwear.
Mentally it's still a bit hard. The harder part I think is how far everything is between my legs. In the mirror I think it looks great but when I look down it looks exactly the same as before which is VERY dysphoria inducing for me. My surgeon does not do mons resection or monsplasty and is not convinced it's relevant, and just thinking about having to find another surgeon to do this other surgery is exhausting. I'm hoping with time and manual stretching maybe I could bring my balls in front at least enough to be able to put implants? Currently I don't see how I could put implants in and still be able to walk or sit with everything between my legs.
I'm still very happy about what I see in the mirror. It's not as good as some photos I've seen here for sure but it's better than what I had before. I'm also very happy about getting implants in the penis to avoid retraction. I had very little growth anyway.
TW talking about personal dysphoria I am also not used to this new configuration yet but I'm sure it will improve in the next weeks. I was SO dysphoric about what I had before that I had to just pretend it wasn't there. The v opening with the extra skin I mentioned earlier was awful. I am so happy not to have a vulva or labio minora anymore it's crazy.

Hello everyone, I am finally almost completely healed. See my post history to make sense of my story. The new situation takes some getting used to because my dick is now 16 CM. Next surgery will be march 2025, UL creation and probably burial of the meta and fixing my balls. My dick is still a bit too high so it will need to be placed down a bit more. Surgerys are taking a toll on my health, with every surgery it takes longer to heal and get my energy back, but yeah.... I don't have a choice because of my failed meta. I hope some day, that I will be able to look back and think that this was worth it.

imo nothing is more indicative of autogynophilia and that transgenderism is a sick perversion than this. Go through life changing, 'affirming' surgery where your genitals are essentially reduced to mince meat, and frankensteined back onto your body in a crude attempt to mimic the fairer sex, and your one complaint is that you cannot masturbate effectively like you once had with a penis. go through all of that, every hurdle, every bureaucratic shitfuckery, and its still not enough to fulfil a perversion.

I think it just might be an effect of methadone being an extremely dirty drug - it affects just about every kind of receptor in the brain and fucks up the endocrine system bigly. Metabolic syndrome is a given, low T and increased prolactin too. Not exactly perfect conditions for that healthy, exuberant glow, you know.

compared to suboxone people, yes. They look kind of pale and if you're talking to them right after their dose they're a little sedated.
Mostly I remember them looking a hell of a lot better than the IVDU people, most of whom had abscesses or hx of abscesses of some sort and veins so punctured and scarred that our study nurse had to go for really off the map venipuncture sites, like the thumbs or the back of the knee.
