i don't think i've ever seen a franchise have sequels that so utterly ruined or destroyed what came before
like, not even the star wars sequel trilogy was this bad
it's like if they retconned the force to be some weird high-tech nonsense on top of somehow palpatine returned
there is really nothing to be gained in playing anything after origins since every plot thread introduced goes nowhere down to the companions

GSC Game World is by all means, a Triple A company, they present themselves as such and have around 300-500 employees, Stalker is a Triple A game, it's a massive game.

They just released Patch 3, apparently they are at a cadence of about 1 patch per week, and each patch just seems to make things worse!

The latest patch apparently transformed a bunch of people with simple problems into CTD's or the inability to load any of their save game/save games just fucking vanishing.

I'd just like to point out that Stalker 2 has already beat Dragon Age Veilguard on launch for peak concurrent players. Side note: I'm playing it and it's terrrrrrrrrrrribly unoptimized.

That game was made by a bunch of half drunk slavic monkeys who probably built it on some half janked engine that they stole off some gypsies it's surprising that half the slavic monkey games work at all

The far simpler explanation is that traash and the mother character are both simply autistic however traash is just more retarded. If you watch the entire scene the dumbass thinks individual servings of 3 pounds of meat is a "meal" and gets pissed off when the other character bluntly points out how fucking dumb that is. Look at the other interactions they have in cut scenes, it's the same shit. Even the other Qunari characters in the game come off as weird barely functional autists.

My head canon is that at the end of inquisition Solas just nuked our world to bring the other one and in Veilguard he realized the mistake of this new world that he brought forth and now he wants to correct things by nuking it. Rook is the villain of the story.
