I suspect its not pathological in a way, its entirely become pathological. For those familiar with lucas werner, their behavior really does parallel his mentality and world view. Not so much the particulars with the telomeres and zoomer baes and all that. I mean the mental state behind it. The fact he's entirely convinced himself he is this misunderstood genius with these magic sperm or whatever because of his age, supposedly understands shit that everybody else doesn't and his being a low iq ragman hobo constantly on the streets and called insane and creepy isn't on him at all and is just persecution because everyone is jealous of him, greedy or refuses to acknowledge 'the truth' he speaks. He's not crazy at all, everyone else just upsets him and makes him go batshit cause of their behavior toward him. The point is if somehow something or someone forced him to sit down, shut up and forced him to have a real moment of actual, crystal clear understanding of how things really are and the utterly insanity he's really being spouting he's so dependent on his ingrained worldview that he'd legitimately snap and have some kind of mental breakdown. I suspect these people acting like this would have a similar breakdown if anybody ever forced them to face the reality of their beliefs and claims in a similar manner. Theirs is just a different specific brand of crazy and self delusion, but their fundamental mentality is the same, with the same denial of the reality right in front of them. They get more angry, aggressive and confrontational when challenged on their beliefs or put in a situation where they would have to confront their political opponents because on some level they are aware of this and can't handle a situation where their beliefs could be challenged successfully
