The first biggest step to a revolution is self improvement. This is something the extreme left and right agree on if you've seen Soviet and nazi propaganda, they just use different terms for it. This also means mentally fit which is a huge aspect which can be learnt from Judaism, their efforts in having every person passing a certain standard of knowledge and mental proficiency are pretty unparalleled which is one of the reasons why they succeed. Any revolution/civilization building attempt must have a self sufficient, mentally and physically strong controlled populace. Unfortunately the media, government, bureaucracy and several bad actors require people mentally and physically deficient so they can be controlled and sold things, making revolution impossible. No amount of rhetoric/legislation or anything else can change things if everybody fails at step 1. What people need when it comes to countering propaganda is a degree in rhetoric and logic. It doesn't need to be too advanced with technical terms and complexity, it just needs to be some fundamental concepts which allow the person to parse information and find facts/come to conclusions. Most if not all of rhetoric/logic functions on few fundamental concepts even if it seems big and complex with multitude of names and styles of thought, Christopher Hitchens speeches and breadtube/antibreadtube videos are more than enough and probably more effective on rhetorical education than a college course.
