I don't think any court system worth their salt would even begin to accept an argument as to why someone logging in to your computer once and forgetting to log off would give you free rein to snoop through their emails and read privileged communications with other attorneys. And it would be assumed he already knows how privilege is effectively sancrosanct, and violating it is one of the few ways to easily get yourself disbarred outside of something like fucking with the funds of a client.

Someone logging in to a PC on your premises doesn't give you the right to violate the privilege of other people, especially when they're a potential witness to your criminal case, and a defendant in a case that only exists because you decided to be a narc. I don't even know if he could be allowed to use any exculpatory evidence he has if he gained it illegally by violating someone else's privilege.

But what's truly funny and weird is that if Nick has privileged communications with someone else's attorneys he's not allowed to have and he's still losing his case(s) with them, it's like failing a test with the answer sheet right in your fucking hands. This is levels of retard I've never seen before.

Honestly at this point there’s equally likely chances it could be someone from Kayla’s family (as in her sister or even her oldest son), or one of Ape’s parents.

He says he doesn’t read his thread but I doubt he has the impulse control.

I wake up right around when he starts his in the AM so I throw it on most mornings while doing the morning things.
