No. Minnesota has strict sentencing guidelines and a judge has to explain the reason for a departure (up or down). Statistics discussed months ago in the legal thread showed that the majority (>85%) of cases followed the guidelines or were reduced--not counting the plea deals made for lower offences.

Nick is on track for a lot of probation and a suspended sentence. He may get the upper end of the allowable sentence, but probably not more and almost certainly no prison time.

I'll be honest, I'm not so sure that's the case. Remember, Ralph's warrant is just for contempt of court. I think all that happened there is that he just really pissed that one judge off by intentionally disobeying their orders and then taunted them about it by saying "YEW CAN'T CATCH ME, BISH! It’s true - Ralph’s warrant is for contempt of court because of his behavior during the hearing. However, we do at least have some indication that the cops are potentially interested in him with regards to the Google account.

Go to 50 seconds in, and Aaron mentions that there’s the contempt of court thing and some stuff with him he can’t discuss. He goes on to say that “multiple people are involved”.

The way they are pursuing Ralph who is obviously seen as either a co conspirator or atleast a criminal associate of nicks makes it look pretty fucking gloves off. I think he's really underestimating how much they want his ass. He's probably the most attention kandiyohi county has gotten in awhile and it's a publicly embarrassing drug addict who's accusing their local legal system of being corrupt and ran by judges with pussy liquor. The above posts came to mind while recently reviewing older Nick content, specifically Nick reviewing an Amber Heard interview.

Here is Nick reacting to Amber's body language where she shakes her head while responding to the interviewer. Even if Amber were shaking her head in disagreement with the interviewer's interpretation as she explained herself, Nick interprets this as Amber shaking her head "no" when answering in the affirmative, thereby establishing that at least Nick agrees with this method of determining deceit.

Earlier in the stream Nick took rephrasing questions as an indicator of someone being untruthful and a means of conveying a "throwaway" answer in lieu of a more direct/honest answer. Nick's defensive Twitter responses are rife with these kinds of paraphrases or otherwise non-specific answers.

Nick also claims he used this technique to discern if his clients were telling the truth.

Whatever one thinks of these methods of discerning (dis)honesty, watching Nick adopt the mannerisms of Amber Heard when defending himself or otherwise addressing allegations against him was like watching the old adage " it takes one to know one" come to life.

I just reread the OP and realized you included space for ongoing rekieta stuff, but my idea would've been an update thread that's a copy of the community happenings thread but specifically for Balldo-verse happenings, that doesn't include any discussion. The OP is really tight and well-formulated, but relying on you to continually update it in-perpetuity seems like a lot, especially for smaller stuff and for people to read over as its happening so they could keep up with discussion in this thread.

This was at a time when Nick's LOCALS were getting into lewdposting (winemoms, strange men, and at least one married couple) and Nick was already under the impression that everyone was just waiting to join him on a nude beach in Jamaica. Nick sincerely thought that he was speaking what everyone was thinking because his horny Internet fan club was his world at that point.

Nick was either actively scouting for interested parties or signaling that he could be approached by fellow church-goers who were being sexually repressed(?) by the church. Hard to imagine why else Nick would openly complain that people at church would say "I only have sex in the missionary position, etc." on the topic.

Either that, or Nick made the whole thing up just because he thought it would help assert his brand of "monogamy". In any case it looks bad.
