Correct. The only reason why people think jail is more likely now is because the prosecutor might ask for a upward deviation given all the fuckery that Nick has been pulling, and there might be some additional charges coming down the pipeline over the Aaron data breach thing.

Beyond that, he's likely still on track for a probationary sentence.
