There's a good book on the first years of Tesla called Ludicrous that goes into detail how Musk forced out the actual founders and ran various borderline scams to keep Tesla liquid. It has all somehow worked out so far because the Model 3/Y ended up being a runaway success.
An example of his scams is selling $10,000 "FSD Ready" add-on units to Model 3 owners to generate some cash flow years before even a public beta of FSD was ready to go...and then it wouldn't run on the "FSD Ready" hardware anyway. Read the fine print, no refunds.
The guy is an expert at generating hype to drum up investment dollars, then rotating those dollars out of his company's accounts and into his personal assets. It's great that he's un-fucked Twitter, but he's still a scam artist.

You know Steve Jobs did not personally work on the Iphone right? Yet everyone credits his ass for it. Elon is the face of his company, just as Jobs was for Apple, or Bill Gates was for Microsoft. I hate this sort of pedantic argument. Because it is only said out of asshurt over the politics now.
Nobody ever acknowledges Steve from accountings role in making the Iphone. Without Steve, nobody gets paid. Hence nobody to work on the Iphone in the first place. Or take Juan, he cleans the shitters. Without him, the company toilets get clogged and it could interrupt vital R&D time and cause them to miss a breakthrough.
There is so many levels you could break it all down. But for simplicity, we just say Steve Jobs did it all.

After reading on Trump's possible administration I am 100% that Trump is actually pulling a massive Troll move on the progressives. The first female chief of staff. The first female minister of Justice. A gay minister of finance. A colored woman as national security advisor. A minister of health who is ok with abortions (not to mention of adding former Democrats into his administration) I mean what exactly is conservative about those choices? And yes I know other important posts are filled with conservatives or rather MAGA types. But it is really interesting

It's part of the reason they hate him so much now. He is one of them. By rights he should be walking hand in hand with the likes of Gates and Blackrock. But his autismo made him root for the other team once they started going harder and harder on their technocracy. He was actually ok with it and going along, but it is obvious to see there came a point where they obviously crossed a line he was not willing to go through.
