Was she still alive in June even? Why did the police not release CCTV footage of her at the petrol station or the other place she was "seen" two days later? Was she actually seen or was it just someone fitting her description and JF moving the phone around? (he was gone from the internet for 3 days during which he might have done that (while simulating being at home with some sort of automated method on his phone so he had an alibi)).
I propose another timeline. I have autistically downloaded all of his original videos from the shitty blockchain (its basically torrents) and ran them through whisper for transcriptions. I transcribed all of the videos from march until mid june on his first stream back where he announces she has left and then searched for all references to her. He basically stops talking about her after the 10th May when someone asks a question about her and he says she is still being punished, apart from on the 8th June where he tells a really old story about them (irrelevant and old). He goes from talking either directly to her or about her in fairly present tense almost every stream to not at all after the 10th May where he restates she is still being punished.
(note the days shown on the website i link below may be off by a day because of when the stream gets uploaded, episode 836 for example says 2nd of april 7pm for the file creation date for example, but it doesnt get on the site til 3am 3rd april)
Watch these bits below and let me know what you think happened to her and what she did for him to ban her from streams (apparently from chat too as she used to ask questions in chat while he was streaming sometimes). Also let me know if you have any proof she was still alive after the 2nd of April.
on the 28th April, 1 hour 3 minutes in she comes in the room while hes doing a stream about crowder (this is the last time anyone sees her again in the flesh), she looks fairly happy, nothing weird here really but this is the last time you see her alive in the flesh:

My timeline for now is that he killed her sometime in May after she tried bringing her baby on stream or something he really didn't want on stream, he later claimed it would risk the stream being shut down (no idea, but i am assuming its related to his kids as he seems paranoid as fuck about that and seems to fear them being taken from him), smashed through some walls and hid the murder weapon and dumped her body off the 6 mile long bridge sometime between may and mid june for the fish to eat and then moved the phone around and announced she had left when he came back to streaming mid june after a 3 day break. he probably needed time to cut the body up and took his time yeeting it off the bridge (bridge seems perfect as its where the water is deepest and he can see cars coming for 3 miles in each direction). He looked pretty sleep deprived both at the start of May and when he came back in June (did he disinfect the home then? i cant remember the timeline for that bit).
Other things which stand out, JF's mum must know something because who would have been looking after the kids for those 3 days in June where he was gone etc?
Did he actually get a heat pump installed like he said? months later he talked about smashing a wall down and wanting to make a streamer room or some horse shit.. guessing he wouldn't want a noisy heat pump in his streaming room.
Did he actually stream with richard spencer on the 11th like he said he was? or was he gone for that too?
Also I think if he did kill her in May he probably carried on using her phone pretending to be her. he seems like the sort who would be monitoring everything on her phone with spyware to see what sort of things she searches for etc (don't forget he is really paranoid about his wife running off with the kids and checks the cameras every morning worrying about it, he absolutely would be monitoring her phone for any signs of her wanting to escape) and carrying on that pattern for a while from home while he figured out what to do with the body and buy a hazmat etc to clean the house (did he order this online or buy it somewhere with cash? maybe he already had one). he would probably get rid of this phone somehow because it would have evidence of him having spyware on it and his DNA etc.

His address in O'leary was doxxed, so that is probably how he got swatted.
He did admit to being interrogated by the RCMP on several occasion, but he had been streaming through that entire time, so clearly he had a PC. And even if his PC was confiscated during the initial investigation he had over a year to buy a new one. I don't know why they would be bothering him lately unless they got a break in the case. I personally don't believe anything he says on twitter.
How much money is he making off his streams? Maybe he is just broke and had to sell his PC? That could be the real reason for his move to downsize to a cheaper place. Do we know if he was renting the house in O'leary or owned it or his mother owned it? I have been keeping an eye on realtor.ca and haven't seen it come up on the market yet.

JF was not present, I ctrl+f-ed through the YouTube transcript and couldn’t find any mention of JF. Although this stream was on the 11th, It may not necessarily be the stream in question. It looks more like Richard’s podcast rather than a venue for him being interviewed.

I'd actually start to be doubtful about whether he killed her, or at least killed her there, if he does. Because if he did, the only thing really keeping them out of there is him being there, not giving permission, and them not having sufficient legal basis just to raid it.
