When he first announced he was starting to renegotiate his contract, he had big expectations. He said he planned to fly down to their headquarters and essentially shape Rumble's entire corporate strategy. He had big plans for the whole company. He talked about it all on Locals, I think it might even be the infamous stream where he sassily ate a single Dorito, but it might have been a different one.

That didn't happen. He didn't renew his Rumble contract.

But worse than that, instead of simply saying "we couldn't come to an agreement", or some other cope, Nick decided instead to PRETEND that he had renewed his Rumble contract, continuing to abide by the key provision of his old contract, but without any payment at all.

This is how bad Nick Rekieta is at negotiations.

Based on this precedent, I fully expect him to accept the agreement he wrote off while screaming and slurring into Melton's show as "preliminary" and presented as a bad deal.

Even for a major egoist, the failure to even get to the negotiating table with Rumble should've been a reality check. A company that was until recently willing to throw money hand over fist at him going cold is such a massive tell about the state of his show and personal brand that I can only surmise that autism is somewhere within his cocktail of negative personality traits.
