A solid part of this Fishtank's entertainment has been incredibly gross.

Burt has deteriorated massively (and in his more lucid moments has actually acknowledged that) since being in the house. They've been gaslighting a schizophrenic to destabilise him to the point of bringing him to Schitty to meet Xavier and then getting Frank to pretend to be in love with him. Alex B has also very obviously relapsed as a result of his time on the show and all the unhinged shit that happened with his abusive wife - I think he was always going to have issues because La Ogressa is a monster who didn't want him out from under her thumb, but bringing her onto the show made things worse - and they deliberately staged a scene with Binkx to fire her up. We've also seen previous occasions where people like Summer have basically had complete breaks from reality, and the reason Letty is well liked is because she incredibly didn't break despite everything she was put through on Season 1.

This is not an ethical form of entertainment. Binkx is just leaning into that - dressing up as Alex's wife to piss her off, pretending Tony assaulted her to spur on Burt to box him, noticing Burt was on the verge of a breakdown and (literally) egging him on, sabotaging Simbal. She's not fully tuned in to what the audience wants but she's being a messy villain. Is siding with Brandon to get rid of her competition (and then shifting that blame onto Burt to fuck with him) really that much worse than, say, tricking a bunch of gullible idiots into thinking they're on "Famous House" with plans to brain break them? Not really, she's just made herself less likable to the majority of the Fishtank audience.

Oh I agree 100%, the show is not about ethics at all and Burt is by far the most entertaining but I can still talk about the fish outside the scope of what's important for the show.

Biggest mistake this season was the voting mechanic. Got rid of Ian prematurely and got rid of the only two people that could have salvaged part 3.

The strangest thing to me was Sam seemingly being surprised that the OG Fish weren't hassling anyone specifically because of the voting mechanic - he literally had to ask Binx if this was why she wasn't fucking around as much. Quite obviously eliminations on "Famous House" would single out people who were deliberately antagonising other contestants.
As of right now only Binx and Luke know there's no more eliminations. Burt's stuck in one of his loops (he kept nearly agreeing to flush all of Binkx's makeup - something that might actually piss her off - but freaking out that messing with a woman's stuff was "problematic" and TTS would get mad at him) and Payton is being nontent because she's trying to keep safe. The new Fish are still trying to be Famous House contestants. That's why the show's currently Binxtank.

Binx is awake right now and explaining to Payton that she "tricked" everyone into thinking her and Lily had sex.

Binx is dismissing TTS talking about her moaning. She's convinced the microphones are too weak to pick up quiet noises on the grounds they keep getting told to speak up for the microphones, and doesn't seem to think the cameras have night vision.

It's kind of crazy to me so many people who claim to have watched since season 1 do not get it's a fish tank. If you don't get why Burt jerking off within an hour of showing up is funny and why binx being a whore is degen i really can't help you.
