The guy was coerced into a confession by an El Paso detective for a crime he didn't commit. So basically you are tarnishing your name while you think you did nothing wrong, that's a terrible example, this person fought it for 20 years and he ended up winning. Fuck you this cope doesn't work
You don’t even need such an extreme example - any wage slave who’s in the wrong place at the wrong time and gets lifted for something they didn’t do is liable to be thrown in jail with a bail that they can’t afford, and have to plead guilty to be let out. Not everyone has Nick’s wealth to play the system.
Nick might be a retarded queer who can't stop thinking about gay sex with Aaron Imholte, but even he realizes that snitching on his dealer would be a strategic miscalculation.
Is “being beaten to within an inch of his life by pipe-hitting Somalian drug dealers” on our 2025 cards at all?
The more I think about it, the more Ethan Ralph's letter tickles me so much. He can leave his cats to fly to your state to sit in on his friend's court proceeding and commit crimes, and he can leave his cats to fly to California to spend time with his son, but he cannot leave his cats to fly to Minnesota again for his own court proceedings.
It's really fucking funny.
I’m sure the judge will appreciate the uniqueness of his situation.
