Re. Ralph's squealing at the court, it's possible the judge may hold a Zoom conference with him, but the matter being discussed will not be squashing the warrant, it would be arranging for Piggy to get to Minnesotta as expeditiously as possible.

The idea that any US court would arrange to settle a pending criminal matter with the Defendant in Mexico is absurd. As was stated before, if Ralph wants this resolved swiftly, the best way to do it is face the music. Also, with respect to the cats, is Ralph such a shut in loner that there is literally NOBODY willing to enter the pig pen and leave foodnand water every other day? Barring that, there is no such thing as Kennels in Mexico?

Not really. You'd be amazed how many cases are ended by an agreement literally in a hallway or stairwell. Even when the jury is being empaneled or even during the case. Suddenly it's just over, and nothing even occurred in court.
I was once a witness in a case where the accused pled guilty after the jury had been selected but before the trial proper started. The prosecutor's office rang me the night before I was supposed to be at court to tell me I didn't need to show up.

The Judge has already gone out of their way to mess with Ralph through that national warrant. Ignoring his squeals would be the best outcome. "You got to help get rid of that warrant to let me come to the United States even though I can't come to the United States because of my cats." "Me travelling to Minnesota is impossible even though I recently travelled all the way to Minnesota to attend a short meaningless court hearing".

The problem with all his excuses is that the only reason he wants the warrant gone is so that he travel to the US again without legal issues. But the excuses say he can't travel to the US. Checkmate piggy.

No mercy on piggy. Leave him down in Mexico forever.

For expensive cases, especially civil cases, its really common. They look at the jury as selected, calculate the odds of the outcome of a trial in their favor based on the jury profile. and then make a decision on what to do.

Jury selection is really random and even in a criminal case, you can end up with good jury for one side or the other that either forces a better plea offer or a guilty plea to the current offer.

Bro come on it would be fucking hilarious if Minnesota told Mexico to hog tie the rage pig and fly him up to get the apple in his mouth as just desserts. Way funnier than whatever boring shit he's doing nowadays
Leaving Ralph in the Hell he has created for himself is way funnier than ripping off the bandaid. Let him suffah down in Mexico

That would be the case if he was actually doing anything for content but alas, he is not. Therefore I stand by my opinion of having Minnesota getting their justified ham dinner.

I know we never want to touch the cows. But it would be hilarious to send the Judge an Amicus Brief Letter thanking him for managing to send renowned and infamous public nuisance and incident simply seeking yet another place to happen, the ragepig himself, Ethan Ralph, into permanent exile. Do you think Trump's 25% tariff applies to unwanted pork product being smuggled across the border by Coyotes?

I like to imagine Ralph's Christmas visit will go something like this. Complete with Tommy Lee Jones

I would say it's more appropriate as it prolonbs the saga, but I do want a satisfying conclusion to this plot arc. It ending in a fart wetter than Gunt's daily offerings would be disappointing.

"Ya honor my cats don't fold to bullshit like hurricanes or being left for multiple days while I attend the omnibus hearing of a dear friend in Minnesota. But they will die if I have to appear for a contempt of court hearing in Minnesota. Sorry ya honor I love them too much to leave them another food mountain." - Noted legal genius Ethan Oliver Ralph.

IMO what happened at Nick's settlement conference is totally a local practice thing. If there's nobody that practices in Candy Yoshi County we have no idea what happened. it could be Nick told them to fuck off with a deal and the Judge was like "you need to double think this, retard". It could be that they have a deal totally worked bout buy didn't have the plea petition/amended information/whatever they need ready to go. It could be they just said "judge were still negotiating, set it out plz". Might even be the Judge was hung over and just continued everything.

I just noticed something funny and weird about today’s latest filing in Nick’s case, which is a notice of hearing for the new settlement conference in December.

The notice is attached to the post and screenshotted below:

I noticed something that did not appear on previous hearing notices. Some familiar names appear towards the bottom.

How considerate of the court to keep our Dear Feeder up to date!

Notice how Joah is listed first and foremost, above even Nick's lawyer and the prosecutor. This is a subtle confirmation that Kiwi patriots are in control.
