Their
Youtube Channel averages probably around 100 views per video, and Burt's demo tape has easily more views than all of the other videos combined. The channel's name is missing the apostrophe in the "Andrea's", and the channel includes an eight-minute-long video of text-to-speech over stock footage about why you "need" a talent agency.
Their
website has a lot of generic spam, and does not appear to feature Burt anywhere at the moment. (It also uses old-school mailto links, so their talents' email inboxes definitely get flooded with spam.) It also has random advertising links in the middle of their talents' biographies on the site. I would guess that it's an abandoned Wordpress blog that got hacked at some point. Both the website and Youtube channel look extremely low-effort.
The one recognizable name on the site is buried in the "celebrities" section, and it's Mike Jones, who was a popular rapper about 20 years ago. After some quick googling, it's apparent that Mike Jones owns his own talent agency, and I haven't been able to find any reference to Andrea's Talent Management in anything about him.
I would have assumed that "Andrea's Talent Management" was a bot fabrication, but there does appear to be a real "Andrea" who appears in many of the Youtube videos. She gives the usual "gotta spend money to make money" and "climbing the ladder" bullshit, and is sure to set expectations low. I suspect this is a side thing for her like a housewife realtor. It's all very low effort, and I'd be interested if anyone can figure out how Burt even found this "agency".
The Youtube channel features a lot of hypersexual black women. The below video is the only other studio-recorded demo on the channel, and has fewer views than the performer's own Youtube videos. Personally, I would guess Andrea gets her clients by meeting in person, but considering the whole Mike Jones thing, I suspect she fakes clients. I imagine someone knowledgable about the industry could shed more light on this than I could.
