White trash parenting is letting your kids smoke and get pregnant at 14. Chris isn't even at that level. Chris is someone I wouldn't trust not to shake a baby when it's crying, or know how to change a diaper, or how to feed it. He wouldn't be "just" neglectful or accidentally abusive, I mean that he would be so in over his head that it could be a life or death scenario without outside help.

i disagree with everyone who says chris would do anything malicious
like i said before he wouldn't hurt the kid intentionally, or force it to be transgender, i think chris believes in very loose parenting
he would simply not know what to do with the kid is all

remember every pet chris had? he never once harmed them, never beat them to abused them, but he was stupid with them, he didn't fully know how to care for them, which is lucky he mostly had cats who are very hardy and the only time misfortunate befell them is when his lack of attention caused his house to burn down
but animals are adult beings who can take care of themselves for the most part, i just think he will treat a kid the same way he treats a cat- put it in a room for a few hours, throw some oatmeal at it sometimes and mainly let it figure things out on it's own

and frankly that's not the worst way to raise a kid, if the two options are 'overbearing parenting' or 'you forget the kid is even there', the latter tends to be a better outcome
