The whole point of this is to be yet another incel hate-thread, the "draft" here adds nothing to the conversation, and it's stupid on its own to select people like that.
Your premise is not even about incels, is about men having sex or not, which doesn't necessarily make them that since the general understanding of the term is: incel = misogynistic + (etc).
If you're going to do your draft thing, you might as well include anyone, men or women, who are sexists, or who are lazy, or who are fat in this program.
Finally, it's always extremely cringe when people hold higher value of life measured by times they've had sex, because for one, their own life's value would be in the hands of another person, instead of their character, morals, behaviour, how they are, etc. That is such a weak mentality, not much more different from the incels they criticise, who hold female genitalia in a pedestal.
