To protect the kids; the no-contact order would keep at least one crack whore away from them. Under no circumstances is a home-wrecking, drug-addicted "nanny"—who spends her time goading Nick into committing more crimes—a good influence for a family with five children.
That would be massive over-reach on the part of the court. The prosecution has acknowledged that there are no victims in the criminal case and the court hearing the criminal case is not associated with the child protection proceedings which happened separately.

Imagine being a kid at the Thanksgiving table in the Rackets household. Personally, I'd be longingly eyeing the bleach under the sink. Especially since there's apparently no doors on the cupboards down there.
Lmao, I'd have PTSD flashbacks around cleaning supplies because of the faint smell of "bleach" all around the house and specially in the couch.
:cryblood:

Alex Stein is a guest, not a contestant. He knows about the Sektur.

He's also been on Kino Casino.

Ah shit, that’s where Trump got his “Wife’s Boyfriend” bit, isn’t it.

I’m glad Stein takes the Rekieta Parables seriously.

So Nick has been given 2 weeks to, (allegedly), weigh up the choice between ditching April for the safety of his children, by keeping a known drug user away from the family unit.

Or. If he doesn't like it he can plead Not Guilty and fight it in the trial?

Nick! You can't let them take April away from you! She's your prize taken from the Toe!

You must demand they are bullshit lying in the next meeting! You can win this Rackets!

Betty Minyard Stein. She fired a handgun at some high schoolers because they were throwing hamburger patties at her or something. (Edit: cooked hamburger patties. It’s not like they were hard frozen patties or anything.)

Cohencidentally enough, Stein ended up running for school board in the same district that high school is in.

Thread tax: I can’t imagine how much seethe Rekieta has now, after all the clips on Xitter and YouTube of Stein talking about Rekieta’s case and “the balldo” while live on fishtank. I haven’t been keeping up with this season much but I do know a lot of people are watching this time around.

Ape will have to go back to living in a caravan and working in the paint factory. That's no place for a coke queen like her!

Incredible. He harassed the barstool too? that's funny as all hell.

Do they even have open tablespace to sit down and eat?
I feel like they eat off paper plates in the living room sustaining themselves off stale doritos and god knows whatever unspoiled food the crackheads actually have left. Probably condiments.

I bet he's having one last thanksgiving with her to stuff her like a thanksgiving turkey while the kids go hungry from the lack of an actual thanksgiving dinner and Kayla sits down to watch the holiday DS9 specials high on her pills.

A touching delay to enjoy a little more time with her before taking the plea deal like a pussy.

Curious to see how this one plays out tbh. Maybe he'll agree and get her a house just around the corner instead, sneak over whilst Kayla is pilled out as usual.

:really: "She doesn't live here anymore. That's a ton of assumptions that are false. Aaron's cum taste nice. Pussy liquor 🥃"

This is written with the eloquence of a special ed 2nd grader's letter to Santa
This guy has a journalism degree?
Political Science degree that he didn't get because he defaulted on student loans.

Exactly. Too many coincidences, far too many.
And it's not only naming and baiting either. Shit like this does nothing to quell the speculation about them being the same person.

That's Kinochet. Very unpopular opinion, but he can sometimes be pretty funny.
The BNN account we have here is likely not him.

I wonder what the Thanksgiving spread will be like at the Rekieta household. The finest pre-boiled eggs money can buy, all the dortios you can eat with a huge portion of ramen. Yummy yummy!
Spaghettios a lá vin. And a big pile of corn starch dumped in the middle of the table.

Still don't see prosecutors getting that fussed about managing some defendant's conduct to this degree (nor do I think they should; let the dumbass be responsible for his own choices and where they lead). This "condition" would make about as much sense as telling the Rekietas they can't use the Balldo anymore or prohibiting Doritos and spaghettios in the house.

One thing to consider is that we don't know what April said in her conversation with police that Nick went out of his way to object about, even though the right to be Mirandized before an interrogation wasn't his to assert on April's behalf. She clearly said some things that made her and Nick look bad, or he wouldn't have been chomping at the bit so hard to make sure it was excluded.

Whatever the problem was must have had something to do with her proximity to Nick because the police seem to have assumed her initial silence and apparent distancing from the Rekietas meant the problem was solved enough not to pursue charges. When they did file charges, that could have been meant as a shot across the bow that they didn't want her around. The recent tweet storm between her and Nick, and Nick heavily implying that he's leaving his wife for her might have made them feel like it's time to write it out unmistakably.
